Same thing with our toiletries and water supply. If you do not like what you see in the mirror and you want to cry you have to understand how dangerous American products are. Compare the ingredients of our snacks to the same thing in the UK and will see a list of ingredients 3 times longer with names you can't pronounce. You will have to do some serious research and then apply it. That is the hardest part once you have tasted our delicious chemicals. That entire big gulp is nothing more than high fructose corn syrup and tons of other man made stuff and highly processed sugar.They are what are causing all the things you complain about in the video including internal inflammation. Harsh foods, harsh soaps, hard water, and harsh makeup. Once you make the appropriate changes the problems you have listed will go away and you won't have to cry anymore.
