I have done a few major mistakes in my running journey one of which is not factoring in old knee injury which unfortunately got resurfaced and am in recovery phase taking away a lot out of watching this podcast ❤
After recording this podcast, I started using it. Trust me, there is probably no better intra-run fuel than this. It is light on stomach, gives optimum energy and provides electrolytes. I usually take it at 40 minutes mark during my runs, when I’m going 60 minutes or longer. Do try ans share how you feel! I’d be happy to share feedback with these guys. 😊
