All the little bushes that we see in the "complete village" type shots, what are those? They look great, where do you get those? Looks like the actual dried plant parts, or something?
It's very difficult at times when following step by step to see for example which side of the wall without windows is the top or the bottom, I really wish you guys would publish instructions. Also what about all of this furniture? Lol
We're a tiny company and we don't have the time and resources to make written instructions. We do try to make the video instructions as clear as possible and take all feedback onboard.
When you make new videos, please, please slow down when making things or clearly point at what you're doing. Top down camera angle might work better too. You can edit popping pieces out too. But I do appreciate a video being made to know how to put it together
Those grey plastic clips make the house look so unrealistic in my opinion. Easy to build though....I suppose we have to see the house on a Battlefield....
Can't you simply publish text/pictures tutorials on your website (or downloadable files) instead of pointless videos where the only things we can see are your FINGERS (which is NOT what we're interested in)? Since you were too lazy to put instruction manuals in the boxes, that would be the least of respect. Other problem: the pieces you're using at each step is unclear, since you don't list them before start assembling (too fast) and again, your camera angle only allow us to see your fingers and not what you're doing. These tutorials need serious fix.
Hey, thanks for the comments. At the start of the video we do show you which sheets are included and when it comes to assemble parts (you see which bits are being punched).

They're a sort of lichen, I think. You can buy them from hobby stores, they're used a lot for train sets. Also aquariums!

I purchased brown clips, they work better with wood textures.
