How to combine the 2 Spider-Man No Way Home Lego sets 76280 and 76261

While I review the 76280 Spider-Man vs. Sandman: Final Battle set quickly, this video is more about showing you how to combine it "fully" with the 76261 Spider-man Final Battle set so that it looks more like the promotional image. The instructions only show you how to combine the Sandman brick built figure but not the scaffolding or accompanying structure.
This was purchased in Canada for $50, which is way too expensive.

I used your way of adding the yellow crane to it but there is a very easy fix to making sandman pose to the front and that is to add one 2x2 brick and a 2x2 plate. also there is a better way of adding the scaffold in my opinion that makes it more visible on the front and that is to connect it to sandmans finger (the one closes to his thumb) you do need to give up new move ability but it does look better in my opinion. besides that this is a good vid👍🏻

I'm watching this as I combined if you remove The Crown for a little bit. It helps you see what you're doing a bit better. And I ran into that problem that the lower toast soap is kept on coming up from the side.
