Tiramisu, easier and healthier

  • This is my healthier version of tiramisu. I am using easy to find ingredients. I use a lot of whole milk sour cream in my diet. I know that sounds contrary to what you may know about nutrition. This has really worked out well for me when I cut out as much sodium as I could. You can use lite sour cream and fat free Cool Whip to cut out even more.
    Guilt Free Tiramisu
    1 loaf angel food cake
    2 cups brewed decaf coffee
    1 packet decaf instant coffee
    1.5 cups sour cream
    1.5 cups Cool Whip
    1 TBSP vanilla
    3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
