@@SuAmigoAlex Hello, I'm sharing an update on my situation. I've written to support numerous times over the past hour, and while they accepted my unlock request several times, nothing has progressed. Today, I learned that I'm with Sprint, not T-Mobile. Even though T-Mobile now owns Sprint, support told me that I need to contact Sprint directly for the request, and it's only available by phone... I wonder how I can manage that, being on the other hemisphere and not knowing English)

If they approve it,it will come in with your next IOS update. Make sure you do the IOS update.
What does this even mean are you talking about the Unlock how can a Unlock come with an Update??
@@joe2nice I was a Sprint customer until 2022. T-Mobile told me to hold off on the IOS update until I changed out the SIM card,and to make sure that I did it after the card swap out.
