Nice walkthrough I have visited San Diego its a nice area but I have seen some area's with the homeless its awful no city should look like that but this part of San Diego is a nice area people are different there in San Diego not rude or non friendly like people in the bay area or in the LA area.
Guessing this was filmed on a weekday when many are inside working. Plus, it's a car city that isn't heavily concentrated in the downtown area unlike NYC, Chicago, Boston. Videos showing the beach and popular areas show much larger crowds though and those are probably filmed on weekends and holidays.
