Just go get the front accessories from an f body or corvette they sit back further then the truck accessories also get a intake manifold from the same f body or corvette it sits flatter then the truck intake and you'll have more top end
Car accessories are closer to the block, giving you a little more room for your fan

I have a few suggestions that will help it run cooler. I built my 99 blazer with a 5.3 live in Phoenix. I am running a engineered cooling products s10 v8 radiator and 2 12 inch Spal fans that move a lot of air.My truck runs 210 degrees in the summer with the a/c on all day long.The biggest thing you can do is to seal all openings around radiator. I see that you have a 1 to 3 inch gap between core support opening and radiator seal that.the top of the radiator and support needs to be sealed in order for all the air to go thru instead of going around the radiator.
When using an aluminum radiator they need to be encased in a flexible joint. When mounted rigid the radiators will crack from the core support flexing. The rivnuts you are looking for they are available from Marks bolts and nuts in Glendale 67ave and Northern. The Blazer and swap are clean looking . Good luck with it.

Cut the whole flat section out of that upper radiator hose and get either a radiator splice or an inline temperature sensor housing to put there and will line your hose up perfect!

We did my buddies blazer and with some cutting we put the ac condenser out front on the support and tucked the radiator

If you live in a hot place like Phoenix, a/c is mandatory. Unless you want to sweet 5 pound off just sitting waiting on your turn in the track.

Finish up the wiring so you can start with the key. Also upper hose will probably need cut in the middle and put a piece of pipe on it.

Why didn’t you to use a different condenser a newer style or aftermarket replacement is thinner but also more efficient?? Or could have used two Honda condenser ?? But I like the truck and where it’s going so far

You don't see why when you use the pressure and it said 15 and you went to 16 just imagine how much RPMs your car pushes and then on top of that you got to use by Scranton I mean like a vise clamps those vice clamps is for s*** like that so it can hold the pressure those screw clamps or just a piece of s*** bro you going to have to put sealant around it and then you never know the ceiling May gets inside your motor made keep selling the

Braven probably didn’t even need the radiator. He just wasn’t holding pressure so the boiling point was lower. Oh well, nice to have the cooling capacity anyway.
If that condenser has been just sitting open in the weather, you’ll need to flush it with the AC system flush and a flush gun.
