i had been told before how beautiful st enodoc was and as a professional wavescape and cloudscape artist this was the prefect busman's holiday for me. A wonderful golf course to play and amazing locations for inspiration for my art at the same time.
I really enjoyed your video. St. Enodoc is a course I covet, right up at the top of my list. Your shots of the course just increased my desire. The section showing the church where John Betjemen is buried were particularly lovely. Thanks so much.
Carl Broadbent thanks Carl, I did my best with the filming but I have been told this evening that St Enodoc are now happy for me to go back at some time and do an on course vlog or two as well for the channel. So that’s good news for me. Yesterday when I filmed this I wasn’t sure if I would be allowed so just took my small camera with me.
BIG OGGIE GOLF sometimes you just need to enjoy it as well. I know your a youtuber now but it's nice to enjoy the game sometimes. Looks a great course.
Carl Broadbent definitely... Its fun to film courses and edit videos but when I play the special places I film a lot less.. Got to live for the moment sometimes
Thank you Ben, although I was mainly filming on this video I do agree that we are all just normal blokes enjoying golf. Three high handicappers and a decent low handicapper in this Gang of Four. My intention has always been to show that everyday people can take up golf and enjoy it. Yes most of us will never hit massive drives or be amazing but we still love having fun playing the game.
BIG OGGIE GOLF Just the same as me and my friends most weekends we just enjoy the game and it does not matter if we make a birdie, a par or even a 10 !! We just enjoy playing.
Just subscribed as you always come across as just a lovely bloke who enjoys golf in good company. I don't care if you're pro or a higher capper, this beats yet another new driver vid as our hero belts it 340 on his launch monitor. Real golf and real people, keep it up.
Bless you my friend x I am what you see is what you get. And my reputation is based on that... thank you so much for your support. I am honoured that you have subscribed. Welcome to the crew.
Mark Sheehan I have to admit Mark that the rough stuff and long grasses on all the links courses I have played soon made me realise that accuracy over power was the key to improving. At West Cornwall where I am a member there is stuff you just can’t get out of lol
+drhopkinspath thank you my friend. Please spread the word about my channel. I want people to realise that the game is not always about lowering handicaps or wearing the right clothes, it's about enjoying playing the game with friend both on the course, or range and after as a social side too.
+Barry Edwards it is beautiful Barry, or at least it was on that day. But when the weather comes in I bet it’s a seriously tough course to play. Accuracy all the way with this course. I have been told I now have permission to go and film some on course vlogs properly there too so I hope to do that sometime soon.
Droltan hi there my friend. The green to this hole is directly over the other side of that hill, and then when you finish the hole the next tee is kind of on top of this hill. It’s called the Himalayas and that’s the Himalaya Bunker. The largest and steepest in Europe I believe,
Simian Golf hi there. I have to say that I thought Chris played very well. I also played against him in my home course at West Cornwall and there he played a blinder including a beautiful eagle on one of our par 5 holes.
Simian Golf I really enjoyed his company too. A lovely man and in fact I found him really relaxing to play against and in fact played pretty well myself because of it. I was quite nervous before I met him as I did find out he was a low handicapper and me being 34 and a newbie golfer. But he gave me some advice as we played and we just seemed to click. Can’t wait to meet up again sometime.

This is one of the best courses in the UK and I can’t wait to go back again myself.
Finally golfers that we can all relate too in stead of driver, wedge, putt for eagle on a par 5 !!! Great work and I have enjoyed watching the videos

Great work guys :)
+Mark Anthony thank you Mark that's very kind of you.
I can't believe how high you were, that green was higher than the church roof !
Looks lovely! I think Parkland is more my style as I've some chance of getting out of the rough!

U've got to give a links a go tho. They are absolutely class if you get the right weather
My favourite course. It’s stunning
Jon Eva I have to say Jon that after playing the course I fell in love with it. So I totally agree.
This is what golf is really about... a nice round at a beautiful course with mates...

don't fancy the slog up that hill with the big bunker much!

i don't think i'd make it to be honest! :)
Droltan the people behind us had a buggy and I kept thinking how on earth would they get it up the slope ha ha.
Did Chris play good or did he just hack up that beautiful course lol
Simian Golf hi there. I have to say that I thought Chris played very well. I also played against him in my home course at West Cornwall and there he played a blinder including a beautiful eagle on one of our par 5 holes.
That's my pal and he does have game for sure
