Not saying some of them are bad groups, but some don't have the level of groups from smaller companies who are working a lot harder and against the current, they just do the minimum amount of effort because the marketing campaign puts them in the crest of the wave to everybody see it.

But I will say something Dreamcatcher recognition and achievements is showing in other way, you can see it in the places their are invited, and MOSTLY you can see in the new groups, look a Pixy, the concept they are doing it wouldn't have this one if it wasn't for Dreamcatcher success, look at Dreamnote last comeback, Pink fantasy, purple kiss, all those are trying things way different from "The norm" and nobody can deny is because Dreamcatcher prevalence in the industry and being one of the best selling girls groups even without wins or trophies. They may never be "Big" but at least will never be common groups

There are a lot of reactions to this video around at the moment with over the top drama. Nothing matches the look on Sera's face when the drop kicks in. It's because we've watched so many videos where Sera is happy to just watch an MV with barely any reaction at all. Sometimes just the smallest of raising an eyebrow tells you more than the most effusive reviewer, because with Sera, it is a REAL reaction. It makes her reactions the best, most honest kpop reaction videos around, because it burns through all the fakeness. And it becomes especially meaningful when Sera watches a video like this and has a really powerful reaction. Her visceral amazement here might not be the silly screaming and shouting you find elsewhere, but it is vastly more powerful to a viewer, and really mirrored my own reaction, having never seen a Pixy video before. I'm really looking forward to more Pixy, but my goodness I love Sera as a reviewer and reactor on RUclips.
On 31. Oct. Pink Fantasy has dropped their new Song "Tales of the Unusual". Unfortunatily the promotion for this song was very small. They have an Performance MV/Zombie-Vers. and the Dance Practice on YT. Pink Fantasy have a Dark Concept most times with Rock/Metal-Elements.
They are so, so good, and the people around them are giving them everything they need to shine. AllArt is going above and beyond for them and it's amazing to see what happens when a group with this much talent gets that much support.
The fact that all my favorite bands are girl groups is not lost on me, but looking below the surface I think that I must love strong concepts. Dreamcatcher, Fromis_9 and now Pixy, hoping one of the male groups scratch the K-pop itch.

Thank you Sera.. Not a fan of Pixy, but it's nice to see the development of girl groups into a different direction than the run of the mill cute and sugar-pop songs. You can see the influence Dreamcatcher is having on the industry now. As a devoted Insomnia, It's very apparent to me, that the music, presentation, choreography and vocals (not on the same level of Dreamcatcher) of this new group has strong echoes of trying on a darker toned vibe to this song.. Can't say I find the lyrics empowering towards women though. but again I feel that Dreamcatcher is leading a change in the girl groups that way.

Pixy choreographies are a work of pure art. I don't think I've been so consistently impressed with a complete group for their dancing before.
