I love this film. I use it for 35mm and 120. I find it to be very fine grained, even when printed on a condenser enlarger, and sharp. My developer of choice for this film is HD Pyrocat, rated at 400 asa and developed as prescribed in the Massive Development Chart. I had been shooting T-Max 400, but Delta is less pricey, at least for now.
One detail - DDX (1+9) stand for 45 minutes = perfect Delta 400 results at 100 to 400 on the same roll, 60 minutes gives you 200 to 800, and 75 gives you 400 to 1600. You are spot on that this film gets way to contrasty when pushed. DDX stand development works fantastic to tame that, and you get ISO flexibility too:) Great video!
The last roll of delta 400 i shot the sky came out really grainy and not in natural way like Tri x or HP5….. looked almost like digital noise…. So far I like Tmax 400 better but would like to use delta 400 more too

Has anyone E6 - processed Delta 400? If so how was the outcome? I'm going to try it, looking for any info on what to expect.
