depends on how much u play xD
1. if they break (unless u have just changed them)
2. if they dont sound good anymore
3. for me i just change them every half a year. - if u play lots of shows and stuff you probably need to change them earlier :D
Playing like every day but I cant figure out if iam chaniging them to early. But I think its kind of a thing, that everybody needs to figure out on his/her own.
