In this video I go over a new home design. This home has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The great room provides expansive views through a double height area with large windows. The basement has an indoor pool as well as another bedroom and theater. There is a two story deck that runs along the back of the house connecting the main living spaces on ground floor and the basement level. The exterior features Hardie board and batten siding, cedar wood features, black windows, grey ashlar stone and a metal roof. All tied together with a grey trim. The main living spaces of the house view the rear yard to get view of the mountains. I go over the massing of the front elevation as well as the floor plan programming layout.
