This Video features a southern coastal style 3 story home. The house has a Waterview from the rear of the house with many balconies & porches along the facade to enjoy the outdoor space from most rooms. The exterior has a stucco base with a lap siding & board and batten siding & a grey metal roof. There is a large pool and pool cabana with a pergola in the rear yard as well as many porches off the house. The barbecue is on the main levels side porch to allow outdoor cooking & dining. The Guest suite is connected by a breezeway open to the air.
