    Content is good but audio quality is awfull, sound comes from only right ear of headphones.

      @@a36akshatdubey62 Hey Akshat. While you are on that website I linked above, ensure that your bookmark bar is visible. Press Ctrl+Shift+B. This should pin the bookmark bar to your Browser. Then as it says on the website, simply drag that button to your bookmark bar. This should pin the button permanently to your bookmark bar. So next time you are viewing a youtube video which had only monoaudio, simply press that pinned buttom. The monoaudio should get converted to stereo. This is more evident when you use earphones/headphones. Hope this has helped.

    At 41:07.. the first step of problem is i.e., (b.x^2 ), in that step,it is nothing but equating the moments of area of C& T respectively.

      But as per C force,its perpendicular distance from neutral axis is 2x÷3,which results bx^2/3,isn't it?

    Where are the basics in video? Regarding why modular ratio is to be used in working stress and where are the derivations for under and over reinforced section? Also in the numerical no formulas from the derivations used; one can solve the sum like the prof. did without the derivation also right?

      Consider the strain diagram(Epsilon cb at top and Epsilon st at the bottom).As we know that stress/strain=modulus if elasticity (Hooke’s law).Therefore,Epsilon cb /Epsilon st=(fcb/fst)*(Es/Ec)=(m*fcb)/fst

    sir I'm not clear about to calculation of neutral axis in working stress method where you are eqaul the moment equation in compression and tension but i think moment is not equal, actually we need to equal to compressive and tensile fore C=T to get x

      MOR=T.j.d (Tension) & MOR=C.j.d (Compression), from static equilibrium condition both MOR are equal.

      Balanced section is when you are able to quote C=T . When both steel and concrete reaches their max perm stress simultaneously.

      What sir has done, is correct.
      Effective depth= (D- cc - 1/2dia of steel)
