hey everyone, hope you enjoyed exploring londons tallest residential tower with us called Landmark Pinnacle🏙 Let us know down below what you think & if you’d ever live somewhere like this! ☺️
Just curious how tall are you guys? 🤣The ceiling looks really low in the video. But when i bought the curtains for the flat, i bought 2.4meters drop and they are still several centimeters above the floor.
So there’s no swimming pool? How can it be a luxury when it lacks such a Basic amenities. Usually those new built have all included swimming pool. That’s a shame for developers. What are they thinking 🤔 when u bought millions pound new build apartment and has not even a swimming pool lol
One thing that I like about apartments that high is the silence, on the ground in London it’s noisy as hell most places like in any other big city. In my previous apartment in London where I worked for about 2 years I was woken every single night by ambulances and partying, almost drove me insane. Now I live in Norway where I’m from in a small town, and what I enjoy the most is the silence and fresh air.
I looked at this a few days ago and to come back and search my viewing history because I was extremely drawn to the studio. It’s one of the very best I have seen. Even the little breakfast bar provides prep space. What really stands out is the storage. That walk in one is very very rare. I’d like to have seen the other next to the wardrobe. I might seem a little carried away but after living in many apartments I know what I like. You both do an excellent presentation and I hope things are going well. Cheers from London.
Lmao it's tiny..I live by the beach n u can buy a 5 bed house for that price lol the view isn't even good maybe the top few floors but the studio view? ..nah lol yall stay being conned lol
65th floor 😱 I honestly couldn’t stomach the height or go near the open sliding doors. All 3 apartments are nice though. I really like the space in the studio, they’ve done a great job there but again I’ve just learned I’ve got VERTIGO 😱 . Thanks Matt & Summer, looking forward to more homes
Great review as always. I'm not a flat person but did consider it (bought a maisonette in Balham), I would be interested to hear when showing newer flats whether / how they tackle noise and include dampening or separator walls in the build.
Developers always do …. They promised a fancy Gym for us and even three years later …nothing …the gym that appeared was a private gym , not a comunal facility.
I'd like to see a view from a 5th or 7th floor apartment. My dad said, not to live above, where the fire department's ladders, will not reach 🚒 Once, again ... thanks! and thanks about the washer/dryer combo 😂
Ok - so amazing views granted and stylish / neutral interiors but a tad compact for my 1.5m and ceilings seem low ! I’m sure this development will be half empty like most of the others in the area and purchased by foreign investment funds over Uk homeowners or BTL investors. Thanks for the viewing guys - love your content as always! Keep well!
There is absolutely nothing "iconic" about this building at all. Overpriced and undersized apartments squashed into what's essentially a boring rectangular glass office block. Very forgettable and hardly noteworthy architecture.
Those units look dreadful with the ridiculously low ceilings and flimsy built-ins everywhere. Too bad for you if you own any actual furniture... no room for it.
As some one who has been living in AIRBNB apartments around the world for the last 4-5 years, london apartments look the worst every time.... i mean if this condo was like 500k then sure great, but anything over and why are you buying it? Why are you spending generational wealth on a box small living cube in a high rise?
Worked in Canary Wharf for 13 years and majority of the new apartments have been built where water previously existed, so you can't be too sure that the view will always be there because of the water! 👍
As soon as you went up to the window in the 1st apartment I had to look through my fingers, lol. I'm on the 2nd floor of my building which is around 30 feet from the ground and that's high enough for me. The views ARE impressive, can't deny that. Weirdly, I think the studio is better value than the 3 bed given that the lounge area in the 3 bed isn't that much bigger than the studio. But all 3 apartments utilise the space really well. One thing I have noticed is the lack of storage units which are usually located on the ground floor in high rise buildings. They're handy bonus spaces to store items in which aren't needed on a regular basis. Overall though these are decent properties.
The views out of those floor to ceiling windows make me wanna cry. 😢 The consistent colour scheme and contrasts through out the 1st apartment make it all the more gorgeous. Beautiful interiors in all three apartments. 👌❤
Pity it was such a grey day as the view could extend further than you'd think. I live on the 15th floor of a tower block and can see a mast 36 miles away. On a clear day whoever lives in this particular apartment should easily be able to see beyond Southend-on-Sea on the Essex coast.
The kitchen looks dark with those cabinets and the 'kitchen island' just takes space away from the living room which is actually the size of a cupboard because for 1,5mil I expect there to be much more space. 65th floor, is scary, in case of a fire you're doomed! So the intercom puts you through to the concierge, well again, for 1,5mil I expect my own personal butler 🤣 The kitchen in the 2-bed is much nicer, making the room larger due to the light colour. Interestingly the studio flat is the nicest one of them all.
My 2nd video of this channel. I did notice in another video on RUclips, I think it was in another country besides the US, and wash/dryer was in one machine. Only thing, if you have other clothes to wash, you will have to wait until the 1st clothes finish in the dryer cycle. 😊
Wow, UK also had more than 60 floor apartment as well just like the same as Hong Kong. I couldn't afford yet but surely someday I will. Thanks for sharing.
The reason why US uses washer and dryer separate is because our electric is 110V... In UK the electric is 220V which is powerful enough to put 2 together.
That Glass Panel needs to be a LOT higher, haha. And I'd have to test it personally with a big fuck off Sledge Hammer to be confident it can handle any sort of collision or human or object hitting it before I even think about opening that door fully.
There is absolutely NO WAY I would ever have a child or pet in this building whatsoever! Not even to visit! Those windows look incredibly unsafe, especially highlighted by the camera angle of the studio apartment, someone could literally slide behind that glass barrier if they wanted to. I am amazed that this design ever passed any sort of inspection in the first place. Other than that I love all three places, well filmed and presented.
As always guys a great presentation....love your show....and of course I love London....my favourite city....wish I was living there but I'm back in Dublin......those apartments are beautiful..... need to win a big lottery 😅
All three of them are gorgeous. The larger one has a beautiful colour pallet but the two-bedroom one has a much cleaner living room, less clutter on the wall.
Great tour, Matt is always so professional. TBH, I was not keen on the views as much of it was being blocked by neighbouring skyscrapers. My fav was the studio. I'd hide my bed by having blinds on the bedroom side which could be pulled down when required.
I live here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy high, elevators are not reliable and a recent fire evacuation got all the staff out, while residents were not even notified. We though ten fire brigade trucks outside was a trial run! And gym still not open after 1.5yrs.
@@katiemando2058 I rent and I'm leaving next month. But i think for buyers the fees may not be as high as other towers nearby with pools. Wardian and SQP are very high because of facilities.

Around the 15 min mark, I liked the decor, etc, the white, wood, and colour. Prefer the higher view of the first place, but the look of the other place a bit more I think.
I did try leaving a comment showing the real truth of this place from the perspective of a resident (I live in one of the studios a bit further down) but the comment keeps immediately being deleted. Let's just say it's not all it's cracked up to be... Communal power cuts, loss of cooling/hot water, all sorts. So many things going wrong in this building and the amenities haven't even been finished yet.
@@just_davi_ I am still here. I am renting, about £1,500 per month. The cooling/heating thing seems to be a bit better lately but now there is a phase of all the elevators going down, and the only ones that are working are always full of workmen.

In many apartments in continental Europe you have the guest toilet so that guests won't be entering the family bathroom. I don't see any in many of the new apartments in London.
Nice to see you back guys doing what you do best, oh and of course renovations 😂 👍 👍, what stunning apartments and studio, I do personally prefer the second apartment as I prefer the interior design, those views would be the selling point for me, the black and gold works like magic in the first apartment, 🙄 if I had that amount of cash, 👏 👏
These are really small and low. London's minimum space requirement is getting ridiculous. Imagine being trapped in here during a lockdown. I also found it funny when their advertising during construction was all about the view (something like your view matters) yet they block the neighbours from having any.
The finishes are pretty nice, but the thing I hate with the apartment if the low ceilings, or maybe Matt is just really tall. It seems common to most of the apartments you guys have toured
Guys, one tip: when you do a video of a 1.5m flat with great views, your opening scene needs to start with a wide shot of the living room showing the views. Nobody cares about the Herringbone flooring or the detailing in the kitchen or the tiny living area - it's all about the view. Macro shot of the entry to the living area with the windows/view ahead - start there and work back.
Well, I thought the price would be around €5 million or even more. I don't like London, it is not a safe place for a living anymore. If that flat was located in Liechtenstein or Luxembourg I would buy it right away! Thank you for your tour. Very nice. 🙏💞
I couldn't live here because I wouldn't be able to go up in the lift! I did it in the Shard at only 36 floors and was nearly sick! When you opened the door I nearly passed out. I'd be terrified living there, I'd never have my grandchildren to visit, etc. I actually preferred the studio of the three, the bedrooms in the others looked very small. I realise they've left the storage unit open to maximise the daylight in the bedroom, but I'd still want to put curtains round on the inside for privacy when visitors come, I wouldn't want them seeing my bedroom.
I loved the apartments. Everything is very well thought of, except one feature. That opening window in the living room gives me the creeps. For a tall guy with a few drinks too many is a no-go zone, lol.
Nice apartments but was confused why there was so little storage…then I realised it’s because you won’t have money left over to buy clothes after purchasing the apartments so no need for more storage 😂
