Perfect I love all sorts natural teas
I grew lemongrass in my garden one year and didn't know what to do with it as I had never used it in cooking at home. It was a beautiful plant that I enjoyed having. I had just sprinkled the seeds around the rocks and the edge of my swale. It was a joy to watch grow. This inspires me to grow another patch and try it in some tea.
+GreenerGood Lemongrass is such a beautiful plant, it keeps the mosquitoes away too! :D I miss having a plant at home. I tried to grow it in pots indoors but it didn't last long, it died during the cold winter over here. I'm sure you'll enjoy lemongrass tea. You should try it in sauces and other recipes too. We have another recipe on the channel where we've used lemongrass. You might want to try it (ruclips.net/video/mdwK0LhwI_w/видео.html). Thank you for your comment. :)
I have everything I need to make this at home! A miracle! I felt very poorly today, but the weather was miserable, rainy/sleety/chilly/windy, so it might have been psychosomatic, but I will make this tomorrow morning just in case it was real illness coming on! Thanks for posting : )
+tamcon72 - Hey there, sorry for the late response. I hope you are feeling much better today. I understand what you mean about health aggravating circumstances due to the weather. Canada's weather can be quite daunting. Sometimes, even summer can be stressing due to the intense heat, particularly the Mauritian summer. We find the Canadian summer quite hot too. We make these different types of tea quite often and it really helps during winter and when we are feeling poorly; they are way better than the pharmaceutical remedies. Thank you for commenting. :)
Gratitude for this one. Blessings
Thanks for the recipe, I'm going to make this tea tonight before bedtime😴 🙏🏼😊
I love your videos, they are always a great inspiration and beautifully shot! Thanks a lot
+QuiltingCrow - You're welcome and thank you for the nice feedback. Yes, we put a lot of love and effort in the videos, we're glad it shows. Thank you for the nice comment :) ❤️
Such a great idea ! Have to get dried hibiscus flowers, flowers, though... I live in Reunion Island, so There"s lots of fresh hibiscus flowers here , but I have no idea which one is the edible one !!
+Pinkdragonfly Alo La Reunion! So nice to have a viewer from Reunion Island. :)
Back in Mauritius, my mum grows hibiscus in the garden. I haven't been back for a while though.
I know the sabdariffa (Roselle) variety is the one that is most often used for tea. You may find some more info on edible varieties (as a guide only, not professional advice) on this website - www.hibiscus.org/toeat.php
Thankyou. I will try it because i found camomile and lemon balm very good. Love your channel. 🌸🌞

Sounds awesome, and this is quite a new video!
My only concern would be with us food and pesticides on orange peels =(((
How Lovely!
Where do you get your clear tea cups??
+ebby kemunto - I bought it at a local kitchen shop close to my place. You could probably find it online; I haven't checked yet. :)
