Just woke up from a horrible nightmare and this sermon was playing on my RUclips! Praise God! Please pray for me! I need to fix where I put my affection and I need to know God and make everyday count! TY!
All our sins, from the first to the last, are washed away by the blood of Jesus Christ our Savior. So when God looks upon us, He no longer sees us as we were, filthy and defiled, but cleansed and made white as snow, pure as God is pure. And because of the sacrifice of Christ, we not only have peace with God, but we are taught to love God and desires to please Him. We must recieve faith which is a gift from God without which we cannot please God, for without faith it is impossible to please Him.
Henry Scougals the Life of God in the Soul of Man has had the biggest impact of any thing I have read out side the Bible. Scougal is an inspiration to me as a young man
Wow...I've had some thoughts about the Body of Christ for sometime. But now I feel like Job...I place my hand over my mouth...and God did not even come down in a whirlwind to speak to me. This is one of, if not the most important messages about the gospel I have ever heard. This should be played in the viewing of the entire creation. I thank God for the grace given to Mr. Piper. Thank you sir.
Before I heard his message I was saved but I been struggling but when I heard the message he was preaching I woke up this morning and I could see an image in my mind of Jesus hanging on the cross what I think I will always walk around seeing the image of Christ in crucified to help me lead me against the sin nature
