Wow! What an amazing idea. This is sooo beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
WOW! What an ingenious idea! Until now I only found those „hot-and-cold-water-methods“ on RUclips to cut bottles. Or spinning the bottle on a lathe whilst holding a flame to the cut line. Both methods are based on pure luck to get a decent cut and are only used to cut off the top or the bottom of the bottle. Where as your method is just ... WOW! 😁
I am trying to make a „tornado-flame-lamp“. Basically it is a bottle with the top and bottom cut off and then split in half vertically (so you have two U-shaped halves). Then you put a small bowl filled with ethanol or such between the two halves and light it. As long as the two U-shaped halves touch each other and form a tube, the flame will burn normally. But if you shift one of the halves sideways a bit, air will flow in, twisting the flame and pulling it upwards. Hence "tornado-flame". I did the experiment with acryllic glas and it worked fine. But it would look better with a glas bottle.
Maybe you want to give it a try yourself?
Thank you so much for sharing your method. You inspired me a lot.
Lots of greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭
Hello and Happy new year to you and your family. Yes I have seen this idea done before and it will look amazing. What you could also do is to slice the "U" shape halves again and colour each piece then glue them back together. You will get a nice dimmed glow from centre. Take a look at my other video and you get the idea what I mean.

Thank you so much for sending me this link, I am practicing but your hand is set as the very talented artist that you are,
I am struggling with making a perfect cut with the glass cutter, I wish I could send new messages each time, but you tube won't allow it....
Thank you again, I am going to get it!!!
Needs time and practice - eventually you’ll have your piece and a smile in your face

This is art! That was awesome!!! Love this video, the effects and cut down version A+++, straight to the point. The only question I have is, how to rejoin the glass? Silicone?
I use a special glass glue. I buy it from Amazon.ca
The glue works with UV light and was originally made for windshield glass. Works very good
И интересно, и хорошо снято. Спасибо.
Спасибо за просмотр. 👍

Wow 🤩creative 👍
Thank you so much 😊
This technique may look a total waste of time to a lot of people because they want the bottle finished as fast as possible. Whats the point of making a bottle every 5 min?
Some people ask "OK, so you cut it, now what you do with it? It is not about what I do with it after i cut it but what I achieved doing it. What you are doing here is called "Meditation". It is a total state of concentration, a training for the mind and soul, thinking about nothing but only what you are doing now. It's to find peace for yourself, and we need that these days (during pandemic). It's to tell yourself, I know it will be a very journey and I will be spending lot of time doing & learning this and there will be many many failure to experience. I will break many many bottles, I will get mad, I will be very angry, I will be disappointed, but no matter what happens, I WILL NEVER GIVE UP cause I know someday I will look at something so beautiful that I created and it is priceless to me. I will never sell it cause it's all about me and my abilities and every time i look at it, it will remind me of me and I am proud of me.
People also ask "why I am not wearing any gloves"... You won't be needing gloves when you reach that level of concentration and experience. I am a professional glass cutter and I know how to touch glass. The note I have in the beginning of my video is for those who never worked with glass. It is a note to beginners to prevent accidents and injuries so please wear gloves, eye protection and a good dust mask if you are a beginner and never worked with glass.
Now a note for Professionals:
Wearing gloves while cutting a bottle is like asking a blind man to wear gloves when touching objects. You just disconnected him/her from his/her surrounding world. You need to feel the bottle. I should remind you again, This is NOT a technique to cut a bottle and waist some time. Don't do this if your think "OK, I did it now what I do with it?" Do it to remind yourself of your abilities every time you look at it. When I look at my collection of bottles, each bottle has a story to remind me of, "You cut me and made me do the spiral dance for you" - "you cut me but I couldn't cut you".
Thank you for watching and subscribing. I make sure to answer everyone as fast as possible. Please watch my other videos listed below. Take care and stay safe.

Sick editing!
Ya, lots of motion tracking and SFX (Expressing how to turn magic into reality).
But the bottles are real, already finished sitting on my shelf 👍😊
@@CutterMasterArt I know I work in video production. Can appreciate the skill
Thank you :)
Super
Thanks
Is the final image a compilation of different glass bottles or have you added colour somehow? maybe they can be fused with coloured epoxy down the cracks to make some cool marbling effect .. hmm
It is always the same bottle sliced then painted with transparent glass ink and glued back together to get the final look
@@CutterMasterArt amazing!

@@CutterMasterArt why didn't you explain this in the video
bro which solder iron is used here, plz share the watt
I use a 25 watt solder iron

thank you
А под конец кусочки разного цвета -- склеиваются?
Да, я использую клей для стекла, чтобы собрать их вместе

thank you
I'm confused if you cut the bottle up how is the finished product looking like two different colors of cut glass.
Those pieces are coloured separately with transparent glass ink and finally glued back together

@@CutterMasterArt It would have helped to show at least a portion of the colouring and re-assembly steps.
@@fredericapanon207 I understand what you mean however; this video was about cutting the bottle and not about how to do finishing on a bottle. That would require a complete new tutorial for finishing
@@CutterMasterArt A tutorial on finishing techniques would be cool!
