If you have that app (I highly recommend purchasing it) just make sure you have the 1300 (I think it's that amount now) Jazz songs and you'll be good to go. If you can't get it, just search RUclips for a backing track for it - I think there are a few out there.
First, listen to Your favourite saxophonist and try to repeat what he/she played. Create in mind a vision of Your uniqe sound and try to realise. Remember sound is in Your head. Not in gear.
