@GraemeGunn because Hollywood can't take Batman or superheroes seriously, so they "fix" them in order to be able to take them seriously. Really it just ends up making Batman boring. This was made by an actual fan who wanted to bring Batman to life, not some Hollywood "artist".
In my opinion, his voice is close to Kevin Conroy as much as possible, and he should be the voice actor for Batman from now onwards in comics and Arkham games

As one of Darth Vader's' abilities is clairvoyance. Any way he wasn't able to read Batman's mind or remote view that Batman placed an explosive on Superman's cell.
The concept of Batman vs Darth Vader is already inherently fascinating, but you truly elevated it with exceptional acting, memorable one-liners, amazing choreography, outstanding costumes, modern special effects, and more.

Have you seen all the other ones in the series? They have spiderman vs Darth Maul, Wolverine vs Wonderwoman, Wolverine vs Preditor, etc. Darth Vader vs Gandolf, Star Lord vs Boba Fett etc. They are all well done. Do a search on "Superpower beat down."

I assume this takes place after a new hope since he finds Obi-Wans Lightsaber in vader's armoury.
