In fairness it fits Thomas Wayne Batman. He's kinda broken and any sense of Justice or morality is screwed up(I mean most would probably end up depressed or just anti social hermet if their SO went crazy and their kid died from some punk with a gun).

Flashpoint Batman overcame Killmonger's superhuman physical conditioning master martial arts skills and Vibranium suit using his genius intellect, master fighting skills, peak physical conditioning and gadgetry to outmatch the Black Panther suit plus he's brutal with his strategies
The fail of Killmonger was showing his claws, look at the fight as Thomas at all times prevents him from using his claws, forcing Killmonger to fight in a martial way, something that Batman knows very well allowing to take advantage of the Amazonian sword. Also any Batman has experience against scratches. Good details, great job!
The problem is that Bruce is the martial artist. Thomas, in the Flashpoint series, was a pretty poor martial artist since he started learning his skills so late. He's supposed to be FAR worse at most jobs than Bruce was.

The guy playing killmonger is an nfl player soo… I don’t think he’s really had the time to focus on acting like Batman has. And that he rightfully shouldn’t have lost, killmonger had no weapons, his suit didn’t release kinetic energy, he should have been healed from the poison since he had the power of the heart shaped ears, plus, he’s stronger, faster, calculating, just as smart, cunning and driven. He had no plot whatsoever in this film. It didn’t do him justice.

I forgot how much Flashpoint is different then normal batman. Flashpoint is way more aggressive and not afraid to use guns and that ending proves he doesn't care if he has to kill to get justice anymore.

Unfortunately for Thomas Wayne, Killmonger, like Black Panther, would be immune to all toxins and poisons by the regenerative powers of the Heart-Shaped Herb, rendering Batman's strategy of using joker venom/scarecrow toxin ineffective.
I know these battles are determined by popular vote though and the fight was actually damn good.

The Heart-Shaped Herb has its effect by acting on ("regenerating") ACTIVELY DIVIDING CELLS in the S phase of the cell cycle. Healing is exactly that. A cut on your arm heals when the epithelial skin layer of cells actively divides to generate a "new skin layer". Guess what kind of cells confer immunity to an organism? That's right, T CELLS and B CELLS, aka IMMUNE CELLS.
The Heart shaped herb would presumably speed up the cell cycle for these specialized cells, allowing them to proliferate at a far accelerated rate, protecting against illness, viruses, bacteria, or any form of biological/chemical attack.
"But Ayron, that's only relevant for Immune cells, what about Batman's neurotoxin?". Great question Sora. Guess what kind of cells are targeted by neurotoxins? You guessed it, NEURONS. Neurons inhibited from releasing an action potential and firing impulses to other nerves and muscles in the body would simply be regenerated by the Herb. Generally, neurons are lost once impacted, and the body does not regenerate them once lost (think stroke or Alzheimer's. Research in that field is predicated on trying to "regenerate" those cells). However, the Herb would allow regeneration of neurons through the phases of the cell cycle, preventing Batman's neurotoxin from actually paralyzing or harming Killmonger
Now, does that mean Killmonger is invincible? No. Does that mean Batman can't defeat Killmonger?. Of course not. I can think of a few ways just off the top of my head, for how Batman could have dispatched him. However, the neurotoxin is not one of them, logically speaking. It simply would not have had any significant effect on an organism whose entire immune and nervous system is completely upgraded by the Heart Shaped Herb.
