Ok, the bangs are an absolute serve and we support this look. Honestly, I'm so happy to see a new video on your beauty channel. I started following you a long long time ago on your main channel but it's this one that I feel we get to know you more and all. And I love the negativity lol, I live for trashing bad beauty products almost as much as I live for the fall of WOACB

I’m not sure how it is in the UK, but consider donating makeup to a women’s shelter! ❤️ I’m from the U.S. and most of my local women’s shelter accept cosmetics.
Shes already tried alot of them and I think places like that only accept new makeup, but good idea
Or she can sell it on Depop (sanitised) and give the money from the sales to shelters or other organisations🤔
I tried donating to a shelter in London but they only accept unopened cosmetics and toiletries. I guess it makes sense.
@@maiarousseau3151 I wasn’t aware of that 😓 I thought they’d accept it if sanitized and hardly used. Maybe Depop would be the best route then, and collect the money for a charity or women’s shelter. 🙌🏼
Maude Provost the only issue is PR makeup with that as they don’t allow you to sell it at all
I try to find other ways to use stuff I don't like. A face scrub/ mask/ moisturizer/ oil gets used on the body or feet. A hydrating setting spray gets used on the body after shower if it's not glittery. A chapstick, lip oil, lip balm gets used for baby hairs, highlighters get used for shoulder/collarbones, setting powders, blushes, bronzers, and lipsticks are soo hard to find alternative uses
I've used translucent setting powder as a dry shampoo. It's especially good if it's oil controlling
You can use lipsticks as colourful eyeliner. I do that. Just set it with some eyeshadow or sth. Works magic

I love to use blushes and bronzers as eyeshadow!
I think you should try putting the Huda stick foundation first on a brush instead of putting it directly onto your face, I watched some Julia Adams' videos and that's the way she solved the problem with blending. I hope it helps!
Thank god, the hourglass palette was the first hourglass product I bought, and I thought I was just stupid that I couldn’t blend that bronzer... so now I know it’s the bronzer and not me

I end up using products I don't like for a different purpose or I mix everything together. Like if I have a few foundations I don't like, I'll mix them all and make a frankendation to see if that combination makes it better for me. And as for bronzers/powder products, I repurpose them as eyeshadows or use a sponge to contour with them under foundation. I am a chaotic collector, but I am going to use up everything I have!
Wet n Wild as weird as it is actually has the best bronzers in my opinion... The ones they came out with that are like kind of rectangle shaped.. And only cost about 4 US dollars.. works better than $50 bronzers I’ve tried
I have a blush from Wet and Wild that's in a rectangular package and it's sooo good

Huda's concealer and stick foundation have been my favourite products of 2020. I have combination skin and when I tell you these two products made my skin look fabulous, I mean it.

We Stan a queen who loves colourpop! That’s all I buy, they’re such a reasonable price and all their products are amazing. If you never tried there skincare brand, I suggest you do. I have really problem skin and their AM/PM gel cleanser. 👌 chefs kiss
i agree the coverfx blush was so disappointing, its actually one of the driest blushes i’ve ever put on too weirdly enough

I have the orange novina pallet and I can confirm that it sucks.... I just use the shimmers in it the mattes are garbage... And weirdly enough they really irritate my eyes 😭😭😭I'm glad I scooped it up on sale for $30 cad (about 17£, $23 usd) so I can be too mad. However I bought the mini blue one with the cherries on it and it was perfect. Idk tho super disappointed in them, so glad I got them both 50% 😭😭

You could probably find a local woman's shelter to donate the makeup you can sanitize or haven't used too. They are always willing to take makeup to help the women there. Though I am not sure how that works in England because I am in States.
Women’s shelters only take new items due to sanitation standards

First of all, you look so good in this video! The orange/copper colors, the sweater, and the bangs are giving very much 70s and i’m so here for it! Second, I’m not sure if you know this but Glossier does not treat their employees, especially POC, fairly or justly. All info is on instagram profile @outtathegloss. I’m not sure if you this is a dealbreaker for you, as I know you love their stretch concealer among other things i’m sure, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention!

Omg I thought I was the only one who didn’t quite like the Charlotte Tilbury mascara. The ads made it look like it’ll make my lashes look amazing but it’s so mediocre and so underwhelming. Quite disappointed that I wasted money on it when other mascaras that are miles cheaper do a better job urgh
I never tried the Charlotte Tilbury mascara, I usually do not spend a lot of money on something that will last me 3/4 months. I recently bought the Nabla mascara from beautybay and I really like it.
@@angelab.6444 I’ll have to give that a try then. Thank you for your recommendation! Honestly so annoyed that I couldn’t make the mascara work for me. Didn’t do anything for me in terms of volume or even length :(

I would love to see you try the NYX born to glow foundation! I bought it randomly and its honestly such an underrated find. I have problematic skin and this really worked for me! No clinging, no patching, applies beautifully with brush or sponge and even without prepping. Its a good buildable Medium coverage!
Also about the liptints, I havent tried them personally however a patchy tint application technique would be to decant it onto the back of your hand an buff the product into a small fluffy brush and then onto your lips, you can line them before or go for a soft blown out lip

Hair looks so nice!! I got curtain bangs earlier this year and I couldn’t stop tucking them behind my ears so I’ve let them grow out but they look so lovely!

Loved this video, it's always so entertaining to hear you rant about anything lol I would just like to suggest if no one minds if you could maybe do an insert or demonstration of the products' performance so maybe we could get a better idea of how bad it is? Sometimes I have a hard time imagining how poorly it works and plus I think it'd enhance the experience as a viewer to see what you see when you tried them out. Just a suggestion hope you don't mind💞

I agree completely with the Fenty and Charlotte Tilbury mascaras. I was so frustrated with that CT wand and just used disposable ones instead. The Fenty gave me the same effect...long spider lashes. Gave that away. Benefit RollerLash will always be my fav!

I got the Ace Beaute Grandiose (?) pallet in a BoxyCharm and I loved it! It's a beautiful basic fall pallet for me, but I definitely have similar shades in other pallet. I LOVE the formula of the light shimmer shade in that pallet, and I like the way the mattes blend.
Oh god I relate too hard to feeling guilty having an unused product staring at me going "you don't like me"

You should try to orange norvina palette!! Mine performs very well, the mattes are even better than some of my Pat McGrath mattes

the only thing that I tried that I really hated this year was the l'oreal Bambi eye mascara, straight up threw that away. I wasn't a big fan of the Patrick starr eye glitters either but there's a time for chunky glitter so I'll have it when I want it haha
It’s crazy that I always see bad reviews about the norvina palettes but they are my favorite and I use them everyday 🤣

I tried the blood sugar palette finally this year and I have to say.. I don’t get it. It’s not great. You have to build the shadows and blend and more building (over and over) it took me forever to feel happy with the look! Not worth the near $60 the guy charges for it! Thank God I traded a palette I wasn’t using using for it! That’s my biggest regret this year.

Probably the official website but Ik Sephora had it on sale and are doing 20% off sale items.

I just got the Beauty Bay Book of Magic palette bc the colors were STUNNING & I was so disappointed by the formula 😭 even with eyeshadow primer, the pigment in my crease fades throughout the day & the colors don’t blend, they just disappear no matter how much I pack on. Sooooo disappointed.
But the biggest win of 2020 was discovering the fenty what it dew spray, so thank you for that!

They dropped a new highlighter & apparently are bringing back the baked (Amrezy) formula back, Idek if the Amrezy shade is returning but I believe so Hollywood is coming back along with some new shades.

i have the blue abh pro palette and I think its formula is a lil better? not as hard to work with, at least
