I Hit a Tree On My First Ride Down Quarantine - Unedited clip

It was my first run down Quarantine trail at Massanutten's Western Slope. I was attempting to keep pace w 2 faster riders -- that was my first problem.
The conditions were really dusty and loose. I ran wide and stared down a tree.
It was a mild hit but still sucked.
My left forearm and level brake lever hit the tree. At first I thought I may have broke my arm. Even though I was wearing light elbow pads with the d30 protector running down my forearm, it still rubbed through my skin and left a rash and a nice bump.
Glad it wasn't worse.
