I just wanted to mention a moment that really gets to me. When Philza is asked if he's proud of Wilbur, he says (paraphrasing) "He became a terrorist. I can't be proud of that. The Wilbur I knew, my son, is long gone." it seems so tragic but he specifically says that he isn't proud that his son blew up a nation, not that he doesn't love Wilbur or that he isn't proud of Wilbur as a person. He's just not proud of his actions.
Another thing that really gets me is Tommy saying "Well.. He is family, and I did betray him," when he thinks about saving Techno from prison. Even though I know some of that is from Alivebur's manipulation, He feels genuinely sorry about what he did to Techno, one of the few people who didn't manipulate him. Tommy thinks about facing his trauma again to save Techno.

This song is so beautiful, it feels like a lullaby, and the art is soft and calming. Wilbur reaching out for Phil, waiting for him to catch him, but Phil losing him in the process, that just tore me up. Thank you for sharing this lovely project with us

Bruh younger techno is so cute and wholesome in comparison with him now. I think that touch is my favorite. It sorta paints a picture of him growing up too fast which would fit considering he’s had the voices since he was younger. It’s like he slowly started obeying them as the years went on. I absolutely adore it!

"lost in the depths of their beliefs" that struck a chord with me and I don't quite know how deep it goes, but it's pretty fucking deep.
And the imagery of the cliff, the gap that Tommy mnaged to cross and Wilbur fell, gave the salute, it morphed into l'manburg blowing up, he was a child again and Phil managed to catch him but he caught him on his sword...
The harmony came in on "voices," which was a nice touch
And where Phil once supported his sons, held them in his wings, they now hold him, outside of the wings, when he needs to be carried.
And then Wilbur came back, tired, worn, but it's his son.
And thank you, so, SO much for not going with Phil's canonically burnt wings because I have essentially rejected that because of how much his soul requires him to fly... I hc his feathers as having been burnt and they needed a while to regrow, but his wings are his soul and I can't bear for him to lose them. Thank you for showing the family break apart, hurt and alone, then slowly begin to heal.
and the SONG. The held out "wings" with the half step down from where it would be expected, an actually interesting chord progression, such a light vocal tone... absolutely perfect.

I don’t think I’ve come across another fan made animatic for- anything that’s made me experience so many emotions- the music is just stunning, the animation smooth and the characters polished, and the way you carried out the story and projected such deep heartbreak onto said characters was genius- *painfully sad,* but genius :,) the scene in which Wil leapt into Phil’s arms after nearly missing and cutting harshly to Phil in tears while holding his dead son that he’d been forced to kill, I think it’s more than safe to say y’all got a stupid amount of tears there from everyone watching. Amazing work ^^
