- Homeowner Kevin Chon recently got himself an RTA outdoor kitchen as part of his dream backyard makeover... And for everyone involved, it was an amazing experience! But before we discuss Kevin's thoughts about the process after the fact... Let's lay a little groundwork for how this project even came about in the first place. In early 2023, Kevin was looking for a shakeup with his backyard setup. He had recently purchased a new home that included an outdoor kitchen. (How exciting!) Unfortunately, once Kevin's family moved in and got a closer look at the existing outdoor kitchen... It was rife with problems. Tiles were falling off, the appliances didn't work... It was a complete disaster. At the same time, our team at RTA was looking for an opportunity to execute an RTA outdoor kitchen makeover. Kevin submitted his audition tape, and folks... The rest was history.

Our Design Experts perfected every inch of his custom design... And he got top-notch support on the day of delivery. We helped Kevin demolish his existing kitchen, and get it prepared for his new RTA outdoor kitchen.
