The line: “Some people have nothing organized, others have NOTHING organized…” I have been victim of both sides of that coin. I have been a Dave GTD guy for the last ten years. It has been transformative…but beware of over doing it…don’t go down a rabbit hole of organizational fanaticism.

    My favorite definition of GTD:
    - use system for things solvable by system
    - use intuition for things not solvable by system
    - don't waste intuition on things solvable by system because intuition is too valuable
    - make as much space for intuition as possible

GTD has a long learning curve and many rules. It is better to use simple, self-explanatory methods with good visual orientation. For example with desktop kanbans.
