My favorite definition of GTD: - use system for things solvable by system - use intuition for things not solvable by system - don't waste intuition on things solvable by system because intuition is too valuable - make as much space for intuition as possible
GTD has a long learning curve and many rules. It is better to use simple, self-explanatory methods with good visual orientation. For example with desktop kanbans.
