I could also see her having some bard levels. She's musically gifted and her role is as much about inspiration/heart as it as about mega-jaguaring people.
I mean, Circle of The Moon Druids get Alter Self at will, I'm sure most DM's would allow such flavoring. Also, Wildshape doesn't specify how you transform, just that you do.

He has a ridiculous carrying capacity, and he can use anything he can pick up as a weapon, if he isn't just yeeting people into the ceiling, or powerbombing a tree. Do you mimic the effects of his alchemy with your build, or do you just mean based off of him as a person?
Monk/Artificer Battlesmith. Gives you Donnie's inventiveness and let's you fight alongside Metalhead. I don't think it'll be a very strong build, but thematically it's pretty close.
What about a MacGyver build? Rouge plus Artificer, somebody that always has a plan along with the skills to implement said plan and can make things with discards and trash.
I'm guessing a variant human Fighter (Samurai) 20. Apart from punching people Shredder doesn't do a lot of monk stuff. He very clearly fights in armor, he does use weapons arguably as often as he uses his fists, and he would have a lot of hit points. Another option would be a Battlerager barbarian. Shredder has used mutagen to increase his physical abilities so that could be a reflavored rage, and the whole thing with Battlerager is spiked armor. However, Battlerager sucks ducks and if your DM is a stickler your gonna have a pretty hard time convincing your DM that shredder is a dwarf.

I still hope to see a Terry Bogard Build a single-class build of Way of the Ascendant Dragon Monk is perfect as the elemental punches to be more specific the Fire Element Punches can are basically the D&D equivalent of the Burn Knuckle/Buster Wolf, and the Power Dunk/Star-Dunk Volcano, Fire Element Breath of the Dragon is the D&D version of Power Wave/Power Geyser/Power Triple Geyser, and the Wings ability could be re-flavored as him jumping when he does the Rising Tackle, or the diving axe kick known as the Crack Shoot. And the Dragon Aura could be re-flavored as him tapping into the true power of the Hakkyokosaken style.
Raph has an accent because he's spent the most time on the surface around new yorkers. Mikey has the cali surfer accent due to his interest in surfing, skateboarding & long boarding.
I'm actually working on something like that. Sorcerer metamagic with eldritch blast makes fingerbeams, fireball is death ball, probably would have to be some aesthetically variant warforged with a tail, else you would have to polymorph as like a lizard folk or something.

Plus, you're not a tortle. Plus plus, half-orcs are hot. Cons: you're not a tortle. Verdict: cowabunga it is, play a half-orc Michelangelo

Episode #215 of the Fire Emblem stats: Michelangelo. Nunchucks are surprisingly difficult to decide on a weapon class for, but his kusarigama chains on the other hand? Definitely an axe-style weapon. He of course has weaknesses in the other weapon stats from his brothers: swords, lances, and brawling. Mikey has the most dexterity and speed of his brothers but his luck is the worst.

Tortle Monks are amazing ! I once played a Strength-based Lawful Evil Tortle Monk of the Long Death. He was so fun that I made him a villain in a game I once DMed. He multiclassed to Oath of Vengeance Paladin to wipe all other raced from the continent, because the peaceful Tortle kept being caught in the other races wars. So this tortle, once a simple city watch, decided to unite a lot of humanoid races under his banner and created an army for his bloody vendetta. His base AC isn't exactly high (17, fixed from Tortle), but his Flurry of Blows with Hunter's Mark activated were devastating. His best asset was, actually, his loyal followers all around the plane, organizing under his banner with blind devotion. Those games were awesome !
Monk/Artificer I mean Donnie is the tech-genius member of the brothers meaning he'd be the one inventing the steampunk/fantasy-esque gadgets you'd see in a city like Errabor.

Of course, if they boosted their Unarmored Defense through being a Monk with a high Dexterity + Wisdom mod, or Barbarian with high Dexterity +Constitution modifier, or their Dexterity Modifier + Mage Armor, or Dragon Bloodline armor, or had things like Ring of Protection, Cloak of Protection, Bracers of Defense, or a Defender or a shield with a defensive boost, or some other such thing. Also, claws are 1d4, not 1d6.
There's a Krang-like encounter in the Icewind Dale book. They take a Helmed Horror and replace it's head with a Brain-in-a-Jar. If you wanted to make it more Krang-like it could be a Clay Golem with the BiaJ in its belly instead. A playable version would be trickier.
Running through the Astral Plane? Remember when they went to Dimension X, Mikey was the only Turtle that wasn't confused and bewildered by the alternate laws of physics. If any turtle could have astral plane abilities, it's Mikey.

I’m really excited to see what Tulok will do with the customizable origins rules that will be in Tasha’s. Being able to swap racial stats out has already been confirmed and will help with optimization. I’m more excited for the essentially custom race rules that will help with more out there characters.
To be fair, even though modern pizza seems to date back to the 18th century, and Michelangelo was alive in the late 15th to early 16th... the precursors to pizza still had veen around for a number of centuries, if not milennia (depending on how far back you want to stretch the definition of "pizza precursor"). So he probably DID have some kind of pizza in his life.

I already made a Ninja Tortle in D&D. I made him a Fighter / Ranger and named him Titian. Going with Gloom Stalker Ranger so far and I’m thinking of picking Battle Master (or the obvious Samurai) for my Fighter subclass.

Chronurgy school of magic may help with the Doctor. The College of Lore Bard can pull spells from other spell lists that may help with the regeneration aspect (contingency + resurrection). If you want old school Doctor, a few battlesmith Artificer levels could let you build K-9.

Most DBZ era characters fall into Sun Soul monk territory, with light reflavoring of effect areas, to fall more in line with how an attack moves.

"17 AC when not wearing armor" - Wait! (Fact checks) Tortles *Can't* wear armor - or at least get no benefit by doing so - save for a shield. Of course, if they boosted their Unarmored Defense through being a Monk with a high Dexterity + Wisdom mod, or Barbarian with high Dexterity +Constitution modifier, or their Dexterity Modifier + Mage Armor, or Dragon Bloodline armor, or had things like Ring of Protection, Cloak of Protection, Bracers of Defense, or a Defender or a shield with a defensive boost, or some other such thing.
Also, claws are 1d4, not 1d6.

There's a Krang-like encounter in the Icewind Dale book. They take a Helmed Horror and replace it's head with a Brain-in-a-Jar. If you wanted to make it more Krang-like it could be a Clay Golem with the BiaJ in its belly instead.
A playable version would be trickier.
Running through the Astral Plane? Remember when they went to Dimension X, Mikey was the only Turtle that wasn't confused and bewildered by the alternate laws of physics. If any turtle could have astral plane abilities, it's Mikey.

I’m really excited to see what Tulok will do with the customizable origins rules that will be in Tasha’s. Being able to swap racial stats out has already been confirmed and will help with optimization. I’m more excited for the essentially custom race rules that will help with more out there characters.
To be fair, even though modern pizza seems to date back to the 18th century, and Michelangelo was alive in the late 15th to early 16th... the precursors to pizza still had veen around for a number of centuries, if not milennia (depending on how far back you want to stretch the definition of "pizza precursor"). So he probably DID have some kind of pizza in his life.

Chronurgy school of magic may help with the Doctor. The College of Lore Bard can pull spells from other spell lists that may help with the regeneration aspect (contingency + resurrection). If you want old school Doctor, a few battlesmith Artificer levels could let you build K-9.
