It's no disgrace to lose a wrestling match. The important thing is to keep your perspective and bring the best version of yourself to the mat the next time. Always strive for improvement. I learned more from my losses than from my wins. Vito will probably NCAAs again this year, he'll get sharper as the season progresses. He lost last year too, in case people forget.
