My 2 favorite things that have happened on the show are when holly said “empty chair do a solo” and when Kelly said “stop eating that’s why your fat”
They really had JILL say “We are the ORIGINAL dance moms!” When she was the only non-original there? 😂

Not only that, but she acted like they went through sooo much when really Kendall was handed solos, duets, and trios left and right THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SERIES and was never FULLY treated (mistreated) as the new girl like many other new girls were, or alienated by the girls. Abby just got frustrated with all of Kendall's predictable crying, lack of acting skills aka face, and lack of energy ie boring"ness".

I literally grew up along side some of their children (im now 23) Just from watching the show RELIGIOUSLY with my mom when it first came out. However, I’m a classical vocalist and MT kid my mom went with me to 10-15 vocal competitions every year for 5yrs...I cannot tell you happy she was that my main focus wasn’t dance because she did NOT wanna be a “dance mom” 😂. Little did she know, your kids were inspiring me to dance the ENTIRE time, so much so that I began dance classes at my local community theatre and started dancing 4 days/wk for 1.5hrs in HS, and am currently about to finish college with a minor in dance. Whenever someone asks who/what got me into dance I name off your daughters 😂. All of the flexibility, turns, and leaps I learned and wanted to perfect were from watching your kids execute those tricks and techniques (mostly) flawlessly. Just want to say thank you all for being a HUGE impact on my Drive as a dancer. To this day, it is my hope that I will get to share the stage with at least one of these talented women y’all have raised!

They are close with Christi because I can see it on their Instagram's, they've all had a close-knit relationship before Dance Moms. Christi probably just doesn't want to re-live those memoires of Abby, it looked very traumatizing for her and Chloe.
Especially with Melissa and Christi because I know they don’t get along like at all
Christ talks about Dance Moms a lot on her youtube and Tiktok - she didn't want to be locked into a format with the other moms where she would have to discuss things she would find too upsetting. She talks about it on her own terms now.

Viví does enjoy dance, but I don’t think she enjoyed the show. Cathy said in a recent interview that that’s why after season 2 Cathy didn’t put her on the show. Vivi is a recreational dancer that does it for fun, but it’s not the only thing she does like the other OG girls.

@Rosita Books that was her idea but the producers approached her before saying “so here’s what’s gonna happen” and she basically said she already had something for them. So it seems like it was mainly for the show. Plus it would’ve been manipulated by producers regardless.
To people laughing at Jill for calling herself one of the originals, I kind of see her as an original even though her and Kendall didn't come along until season 2.
Kendall was a student at ALDC a year before they started filming. So she was in a way an original

brooke broke her growth plate which means she stopped growing which is why paige is taller
Paige has been taller than Brooke since Season 3.5. Also, Brooke didn’t break her growth plate. Kelly has said that her sister is short and that Brooke breaking a growth plate was a rumor.
You have growth plates in all of your long bones. If she broke one that limb would be short. She’d have to break all of them. But I think there’s something to kids doing lots of acro stunting their growth (think of gymnasts).

@@brittanyklein2990 growth stunting in gymnastics is usually due to malnutrition- athletes are often on highly controlled eating plans from a young age-, slowing growth and delaying puberty. While the kids are encouraged to maintain their athletic condition, they are often filmed eating what they want or talking about where they like to eat so I doubt that's the case for Brooke. Maybe there are just short people in Brooke's family that she takes after. But you are right about the growth plate. It would just cause a deformity in one bone and only if it broke all the way through.
