I have been trying to take up boxing during this time but I don't have a drainage pipe or a umbrella stand to make a punching bag. Do you think it is still possible to make one without those? Sorry for commenting alot , I just love your videos. Stay safe

Thank you and no worries - I love comments. You can start practicing boxing without a bag - start with shadow boxing. Learn the technique and get your body ready by doing lots of pushups and crunches. You can simply put a mattress up against a wall and punch that if you want the feel of connecting your punches to something. Once it is safe, join a boxing gym.
