You now have to access these settings under Exchange Admin Center/Protection/Spam Filter Edit your default and then go to advanced settings.

Great video! All the settings are the same, just in a different place. Took me less than a minute to find them, so not a big deal. Exchange Admin Center, protection, spam filter, edit default
