    1. What is oven shower..??
    - The oven-shower is to wait 2-3 minutes without removing the tray in the oven after baking. (with open the oven door)
    2. How to dry in the oven..?? (high temp.)
    - 1st preheating - turn off - put the tray in to the oven (at this time the temperature drops to 90-100℃) - 2nd preheating - start to dry, until the temperature reaches 120℃ again (with open the oven door) - close the door and bake - oven shower
    Look at the subtitles in the videos, there is detailed temperature.
    3. What is the baking mat's name..??
    - This is called a teflon sheet.
    4. How long do you whisk meringue or do macaronage with mixer..??
    - It's not important how long I did.
    Because we have different machines and environment..!
    You should check the cocsistency of meringue or mixture frequently.
    5. What kind of colors do you use?
    - Chefmaster liquid colors
    You can get it on 'Amazon.com'
    6. Please English subtitle
    - Sorry,, My English is poor..
    I can use only easy words.🙈
    7. What ia your oven and type..?
    - My ovens are UNOX 135 and convection type.
    8. Where can I get the templetes..?
    - I made all templetes myself and I am not
    sharing now.. Sorry..! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
    9. Do you left or bake immediately..?
    - As I already explained, I do not leave it because I am drying in the oven at high temperatures for 2-3min.
    It is a very useful and convenient tip to reduce the time required.
    Also you can get shiny and smooth shells.
    10. What kind of eggs do you use? fresh eggs or aged eggs?
    - I usually use fresh eggs. But' It doesn't matter what kind of eggs you use.
    11. Why do you cook in a double boiler?
    This is called 'Swiss mering method'. You can
    make more stable and strong meringue.

    Hakuna Matata this is literally also cute tho,the Bear 🐻 sounded like Winter Bear Taehyung and the frog somewhat reminded me of Taehyung wearing the frog headband🐸

    마지막에 얇은붓으로 입이랑 볼 그린 색소는 뭘쓰신건가요?? 저번에 그냥 마카롱에 섞는 윌튼색소썼다가 포장봉지에 다묻어 번져서 엉망이 됐었네여ㅠ

    Hello, thanks for sharing. I love your method. It seems more practical. May I ask do you use top/bottom heat with/without fan when baking the macaroons ? I used top and bottom heat without fan and they cracked. But when I used only bottom heat with fan, they didn't raise properly.

    Can you help me please? I want to try them but I am soooo confuse when you dry them ! you pre-heat oven then you put the cookie sheet in and then you turn it off the oven to let them dry with the door open or do you leave the oven on all the time? Thanks

      She turns it off for just a moment. Then she turns it back on to 120C. She does it that way so her oven will beep when it reaches 120C again, at which point she closes the door and turns the heat to 140C and begins timing the baking. My oven will never reach 120C again so I just leave the oven on. Unless you have an expensive commercial oven like Sugar Bean, I suggest you do the same.

      @@campanitabonita69 There's no way for me to know the answer to that. I'll assume you have an oven thermometer and your oven temps are accurate. I'll also assume it heats evenly (no hot or cold spots), although that's a big assumption for a conventional oven. I'll also assume you know how to tell when the macs are done. They should be crisp on the outside and chewy (not mushy) on the inside after they cool. I actually had to overcook a batch before I learned how to use my oven correctly. Overcooking is better than undercooking as the filling will soften the insides overnight. But better, of course, will be to cook them the right amount to begin with. Professionals like Sugar Bean have very expensive commercial ovens. Just look up the cost of Unox ovens like she uses. In general, I'd recommend baking for longer, or at a higher temperature, or some combination of the two. If she bakes at 140C for 14-15 minutes, you might need 140C for 19-20 minutes. That's just a guess, though. Good luck.
