Hi your macarons are awsome and thanknu for sharing and explain in so much detail,i just want to ask can u explain point no 2. 1st pre heating i got it but u wrote 2nd preheating what is that should we take out the trays and again on the oven and preheat the oven to 120° c and turn off the oven and put the trays back and wait for 2 to 3 min with open the door then bake
Please if u can explain it in detail sonit will be very help full i very fedup of drying and waiting for 3 to 4 hours in pakistan and still sometimes can't get good macarons
Hi! Maybe I can help! She preheats, turns off the oven, puts in the trays for 2 to 3 min. Then she closes the oven and starts the oven again for a 2nd preheating. Trays don't come out of oven until after they are done baking.
Just wondering, when do you tap the macarons to remove the air bubbles? When I decorate I sometimes ruin the design by tapping the tray. Do you tap it once you finish the design?
I made the macarons yesterday , and then when i bake them it's came out perfectly , but when i eat it , it's hard . What should i do ? I hope u can answer this question for me .
Your macarons are lovely! Do you keep your eggs at room temperature? In Canada and USA eggs are kept in the fridge, wonder if this makes a difference 🤔
