great tips, one thing I would add is that not all routes are the same. For example the black route at brechfa forest is nowhere near as difficult as the one shown in the video, different areas can have different grading for the same colour, so just be aware that just because you have ridden one black trail doesn't mean you will be able to nail a different one.
there was a red double diamond that's less tech than a single black? i live in the north eastern us and it goes green, blue, black diamond, double black diamond, and rarely but red pro line.
is an E-mountain bike advised or essential i’m a intermediate rider on a very decent hard tail that is confident but not shore about the acents and hills on blue trails
@@joenduro3235 I got a full suspension nothing electric just me power. Kona process 153 now, but before that I had a nice hard tail, I took it to the downhill park and was doing all the black trails and it was fine. It will make you that much better when you do get a full suspension or a ebike. Have fun man. 👍
This is the E-mountainbike channel. So of course they speak of those bikes only. For going down you don't need an e-bike. I like riding up technical climbs. There, an e-bike is a huge difference in what you can do.
Im sad as fuck because I have the Husqvarna hc7 it has 180mm and I don't have time to go on something more than a blue or easy red track. I was in a real bike park like 3 times I have to stop watching RUclips, it's making me soo sad

Great info! But with my new Husky MountainCross it just made most of the Black diamond trails in my area more like Blue diamond trails:)

Not sure if there is a similar saying in UK, but here is US we say Preride, Reride, Freeride!
I prefer going straight to the black :P
What ergon saddle is that Chris
The more you ride the more you progress , if you only ride a little you only progress a little

Why did you get to thumbs down? That was a logical tip
