I also faced the same problem and I recovered my phn myself by just Pressing the volume down, volume up and power button and connected the charging pin It automatically switched on

Mere current phone ka bhi hua tha, but I don't remember how I fixed at that time. It works perfectly fine now.
P.S. ye sab karne ki zarurat nahi padi thi and I didn't go to any store either.
I faced same problem. Tired of trying all method but it didn't work. I almost thought that I would loose my all data. But later I simply made a call to my phone from other phone and it opened. This worked for me in note 7 pro.

Bro my mi note5pro was fully dead because I do unclock bootloader and install the twrp it ask format the internal memory I changed the format type . so it not sopporting flash and not charing but it will on after flashing and goes on lag on boot logo please help me bro😥😥😥😫

I am getting mi logo but without android .. shown to two mobile repair shops and mi centre .. mobile repair shops guys telling that they are not able to do it with mi flash tool it's showing error .. but when I took mobile to mi centre they told this is a motherboard issue but mobile repair guys told this is not motherboard issue but a software issue which mi people can only do .. but if mi people are charging 5k and other mobile repair shops not able to resolve this problem how can I resolve this issue ?
the biggest drawback of the video is incompleteness. everything is clearly explained except how to install the flash tool and instead of showing unnecessary things would have slowly shown the flashing procedure. every silly parts have shown clearly except the main flashing thing. Very very disappointed. I'm very frustrated after tried to install a lot for 4 hours. if you are really reading this comment, please reply to me.

@@generalised_exception it's been pretty long bro, i couldn't get it to work. I have a different phone now. You need to do some research. Just start Googling your problem and read through every answer. You will be going into a rabbit hole but it's worth it. I hope you save your phone and most importantly your data.
