Took to the shop they charge 600 negotiated and the owner said software problem bla bla can't discount so finally agreed to take 500...
Said it was his lunch time and he will be busy so told me to collect the phone at 4pm I went and he handed me my phone and charge me 450 from that very moment I became suspicious and he said the problem won't exist again in case it happens bring it back and after hardly 1 week launcher got corrupted and had to restart my phone since I don't know what to do and unfortunately got stuck in this miui screen facing the unwanted problem again...went to the shop it was closed was frustrated pocket were empty so can't go another shop came back home tried the reboot thing doesn't work so finally wipe the data and it worked...till today m scared of switching off my phone and just a moment earlier had to update my phone and I literally prayed not to face this prblem again and phew....after waiting for nearly half an hour fortunately didn't face the problem again but m still scared to switch off my phone....
Well that's a little experience of mine thank u
