Hello, I have a question I have got a job contract from Germany starting in the next 15 days. My employer started a contractual job for 3 months via 3rd party until i join them in Berlin. I have got my blue card visa, flight tickets and accommodation done. Is it possible to resign and not join the company and still go to Berlin to travel and come back in a month
Hi, Technically, what you mentioned can be done. Especially because, your Visa is most likely valid for 3 months. However this is NOT recommeded especially because you should avoid dishonouring a mutuallly signed contract. Instead, a better way is to obey the job contract, go to office, and if you really want, Resign on the first day itself. On probation, companies normally happily release employess within 2-3 days (it may be max 14 days if engaged in a serious project).
Thank you so much for your response. My current work is getting hostile and taking me on a mental toll that is the reason I have decided to not start my contract. But since the tickets and accommodation is done, I just don't want to waste my money but instead take a break and enjoy a few vacation days and come back. Will I be needed to inform embassy or shall I be required to change my visa type in such situation?
Hi, i resigned from my current job after 6 months. I need to start at my new job in a month, I already e-mailed Auslanderbehörde but what happens if they dont respond to me before my job start date ? Do they have a due date to respond ? Should i hire a lawyer ?
I already explained this situation in this video. There is little you can do in such a case If they dont respond on time, you need to physically approach them.

I just hope i won’t be paying anything because i am still under Probe. They said i need to pay 3 mo salary if i don‘t finish 2years. I am on my first month of Probezeit but i decided to resign after Probe.
@@annea.1509 Is any clause in your Job Contract towards this ? I am sure, no firm can put such a thing on Job contract. Also, I am also sure you were informed of this 3 month money verbally and not in written form. If a company has such horrible work environment and rules, its better to buy a appropriate insurance in advance. Remember such insurances normally are effective after 3 months of purchase.

If you resign confirming to contract (e.g.giving proper notice period etc) then no question of paying anything
