Right? I’m always blown away at their ensemble skills. Chamber music requires a skill set of its own, and they make it look and feel natural and fluid. I’ve never felt good at it! Have you seen their video 10 Levels of Violin Duets and the videos of them playing in a string quartet on Eddy’s channel? They’re all awesome. Out of all of their videos, I’ve probably watched their Duets video the most.

I shed a few years during LeMotte's piece lmao. These people are so talented especially at such a young age. I remember writing my first piece at the age of 11 and having a neighboring highschool play it for competition. I've been playing since 3rd grade but recently stopped due to pressure but for some reason this really made me want to play again. Loved each and every composition.

ALEX LAMOTTE IS A GENIUS. WE NEED MORE OF HIS MUSIC. That piece....the inspiration was clear. I could literally picture the scene in my head. When music can put feelings in your heart and pictures in your head that's how you KNOW it's more than good. It's even beyond amazing. And to the other composers, just....wow! So many gems out there. They all need to keep on making music because they've just.....they've got something real special.
It's hard, but not impossible. If they're composing pieces, especially at that age, they obviously have an extremely good grasp on composing and know the ins and outs and tricks. It's impressive regardless

Wow but imagine a TwoSet tour where all audiences can submit their compositions by putting them in a special box when they're entering the concert hall, then there's a special segment where Eddy and Brett will pick a couple of compositions to sightread. That would be awesome!
never expected really that this twoset community would be this talented. I clicked this video for some laughs but I ended up with goosebumps all over my skin. pieces were very beautiful, and i'm proud of this community, but also terrified how talented these composers are. It really showed me how's like to see/hear real prodigies' world. Just stunned in awe. Thank you twoset and linglings and linglingwannabes.
You can expect, that it won’t be a shame from the beggining, because I would say that 90 per cent of subscribers of TwoSet has something to do with music.

They might still, but likely they would be easily ignored by the contemporary classical music composing community because it's not up to their "avant-garde good traditionalism bad" standard, if you don't believe me see how they have been trying to dismiss Alma Deutscher as "outdated" or "too traditional/conservative", because how dare she criticizes the avant-garde and other modern stuff that they have an emotional attachment with!

Once you learn it it’s fine. For me the only hard things are ledger lines (the notes above or below the lines that just have unconnected lines above/below them) but even that will get better with practice

Alex Lamotte. Genuinely made me feel quite emotional, and you could tell that the guys were well into it. I really hope someone somewhere uses this piece in a classical concert and promotes such talent. I don't know a whole lot of anything when it comes to violin, but I LOVED the section during the villain thing where you guys were plucking the strings during the eerie sounding whole notes. Gave me some good chills

I shed a few years during LeMotte's piece lmao. These people are so talented especially at such a young age. I remember writing my first piece at the age of 11 and having a neighboring highschool play it for competition. I've been playing since 3rd grade but recently stopped due to pressure but for some reason this really made me want to play again. Loved each and every composition.
Definitely start again if it’s something you love! I’ve been thinking about picking up flute again just because I miss playing it

ALEX LAMOTTE IS A GENIUS. WE NEED MORE OF HIS MUSIC. That piece....the inspiration was clear. I could literally picture the scene in my head. When music can put feelings in your heart and pictures in your head that's how you KNOW it's more than good. It's even beyond amazing. And to the other composers, just....wow! So many gems out there. They all need to keep on making music because they've just.....they've got something real special.

never expected really that this twoset community would be this talented. I clicked this video for some laughs but I ended up with goosebumps all over my skin. pieces were very beautiful, and i'm proud of this community, but also terrified how talented these composers are. It really showed me how's like to see/hear real prodigies' world. Just stunned in awe. Thank you twoset and linglings and linglingwannabes.

They might still, but likely they would be easily ignored by the contemporary classical music composing community because it's not up to their "avant-garde good traditionalism bad" standard, if you don't believe me see how they have been trying to dismiss Alma Deutscher as "outdated" or "too traditional/conservative", because how dare she criticizes the avant-garde and other modern stuff that they have an emotional attachment with!

As someone who never in their life studied any kind of music, I am baffled by how complex music sheets are.
Once you learn it it’s fine. For me the only hard things are ledger lines (the notes above or below the lines that just have unconnected lines above/below them) but even that will get better with practice
i've been playing for years and i still get intimidated when i get new sheet music. but its a lot less scarier when you know what all the symbols mean lol
