    Thank you Jason, for this teaching. I like the clear concise way you stay on point and get the teaching across. I have spent my whole yoga "life" trying to make my body conform to the standard teaching and have always believed the turning feet out/widening feet creates instability and potential injury, so its really useful to listen to a very experienced teacher explain the is not so...

  • @sophiesyoga

    Love the lunge with the foot out at 45 degrees. This video looks very professional 👍

    Thank you, Jason Crandell. Your explanations are always lean & clear & practicing the oses after you explain the difference makes me ALWAYS NOTICE that I have noticed by practicing bfr but as a student, I "couldn't" understand the difference why or even if could be right or wrong.
    These poses are also very good for the strengh of standing up poses & balance.

    Oooo - going to take, practice, integrate & share that fun variation of dancer pose 🤓. I regularly incorporate this sort of technique in locust & bow pose…. Although I find students are a bit resistant to it- because it’s difficult! And so good! And what they need to be doing, just as you’re saying. So thanks so much for these stellar, on point & insightful videos. Just watched them all! And will continue to do so. Feeling inspired. Grateful. Cheers!

    "Awful Natarajasana" - seems impossible as it gave me immediately cramps in my hamstrings

    • @JasonCrandellYoga
      @JasonCrandellYoga  2 года назад

      I told you it was awful... And, that kind of cramping is usually indicative of a deficiency of concentric strength. So, you can do the same pose, but much, much less lift of your shin.
