Cool stuff....but I can't see why they would glue a metal nut to a banger. That's basically a large caliber bullet and I 'd hate to be the one to eat that sucker.
Those M88 crackers were made for Phantom by PoSing in Macau back in the late 1980s. There were a red cherry bomb version, a black bomb version and a green grenade version. They have a smaller firecracker inside but the earlier ones were decently loud. The nut is so that they could be tossed into water and sink.
Beihai's factory got shut down in China because it was too close to the city.. They used to be one of the best firework factories in China, kinda like how Raccoon is now.. I've got a bunch of their old shells saved..
Lots of nice stuff. When I was a kid, I used to light those smoking cap sticks like crazy. They were fun and easy to light.They were not all that special...just cheap and cool to play with. Lots of memories... Pyro on...

I started collecting pre-Internet back in the days where you’d have to drive across the country looking anywhere and everywhere that was part of the fun…..then came the internet lol…. I’ve been meaning to get to Joplin though and maybe PGI again…but work, wife n kids , etc ….dont ever get old lol

They made to be thrown in water and the weight is so it sinks.
