Saturn Well I don't smoke, drink alcohol or take any drugs. Start my day by eating a healthy breakfast (oatmeal🍛 with blueberries) & eat a banana🍌 daily. Exercise 6 days a week. Plus, I go to the dentist twice a year. Also keep a positive attitude & smile😃 a lot.
