Who cares about fit. The man is still filming quality tricks at his age. There’s an entire market demographic like myself - aging millennials - that will go buy a pair just because Reynolds is on. He deserves big shoe company money anyways and he’s probably one of the few dudes his age who can still sell a pro model shoe.
A good fit is very important not only for the audience but also for the skater

the boss deserves boss money. good on him and any other skater getting their bag. the fact that he is still consistently posting clips at his age is a testament to his health and work ethic. pick up a pair of NBs and support the man who has been inspiring us for 30 years.
Love the fit with NB. When I put my tiagos on I got serious nostalgia vibe of my Reynolds ones back in 9th grade. And bro he's old, he needs that dad comfort.
Reynolds 3 is the all time best skate shoe imo, it's really a staple in skateboarding history
I remember when he was on Airwalk in the mid 90's. He wore slim shoes then, then again he was young.
Well, somebody had to make the brand blow up.
Thanks to Tiago Lemos and Jamie Foy, it became strong.

I was never a fan of new balance but they became my favorite especially because they last the longest. The 1010 is the best shoe. The bottom blows out before anything. Not the best looking but the strongest. I’m gonna be stoked when the boss gets his own shoe 😮
I prefer function over form and you can tell by looking at a New Balance skate shoe it was designed for skateboarding. So for that reason it's my favorite looking shoe. Plus the colorways are always "with it"

Wife bought me a pair of NB to skate a few years ago after my boy was born. Thought it was funny she got me “Dad” shoes, but after skating in them I fell in love. My favorite skate shoes for awhile now. Tried some Chris Cole troopers, but hated it compared to the NB.
My fav reynolds is stay gold era reynolds, but i Agree with steezus that he looks better in nb than vans. Vulc shoes are good for boardfeel, but if you want to not have pain in your joints and feet later, stay away!

Well Adidas is part of the traditional sports and from all those sports they make money and for Emerica is only apart of 1 sport a core brand of the skateboarding culture so I would hope Adidas pays good with their hands in almost every sport known in existence. I believe Drew should make his own shoe brand him ad jamie should collaborate.

Honestly, I could care less. I'm more hyped on Es doing the Penny 2. Skating has just gotten so big that there are a lot of brands that I don't care about and NB is one of them.

NB Westgate 2 is the best shoe I’ve ever skated in, in 20 years of skating. NB can do no wrong
It's funny how much money I have put into running/walking shoes (I am not really a runner). I easily spend $150 - $200. I feel like when it comes to skate/BMX shoes going over $100 is rare. Most shoes I get are around $75 or so. But if a shoe was seriously engineered really well for it's purpose, in my case BMX, I would be willing to pay $150 - $200. I pay that for 510 mountain bike shoes and for a reason! They work great for what they are made for!

renolds needs a good cupsole at his age..vulcs will wear down his feet and ankles sooner, which mean hel try and compensate with diffrent higher leg muscles which will wear down his legs n his career won't prosper as long imo. especially if he is planning and "jumping" still at this point in his career...

Just another proverbial nail in the coffin for core skate brands not just skate shoe brands. The day Nike and Adidas broke into the skate industry in the height of skate culture in the early mid 00's that started the decline. Sucks but how can you complete with companies that can afford to pay skaters a blank check because they can pool money from their other divisions
What’s next? Sponsored by McDonalds and H&M? Skaters would make pro model crocs and Walmart essentials because they pay more than Emerica lol

skated both Tiago’s shoes (1010 and 808) and they’re the best skate joints I ever rocked, the impact absorption and shoe life are unbeatable

Drew just needs to take the route on making his own shoe brand he made his own board company which I will forever skate for. he has the creative and respect in skateboarding he can make a show company like how Jamie Thomas did with zero/fallen. Come on drew create another brand for skateboarding the culture needs it and with his techniques in making shoes like he did with Emerica he should do that under his own shoe brand.

he's only 44, there are a lot of other skaters older than Reynolds that are still skating at a very high level, example Daewon Song is 47 and Jamie Thomas is 48 and both are skating at an extremely high level and still progressing
