It’s funny how cops can remember in great detail anything that helps their case, but any thing that might question their case they can’t recall clearly.
Absolutely 💯 I can verify MS could affect all of these things. Not giving medical advice but the symptoms are many and everyine with MS won't have them but you usually have many. The symptoms are unpredictable. Some people's symptoms develop and worsen steadily over time, while for others they come and go. Periods when symptoms get worse are known as relapses. Periods when symptoms improve or disappear are known as remissions. Some of the most common symptoms include: fatigue vision problems numbness and tingling muscle spasms, stiffness and weakness mobility problems pain problems with thinking, learning and planning depression and anxiety sexual problems bladder problems bowel problems speech and swallowing difficultiespainful. Musculoskeletal pain Back, neck and joint pain can be indirectly caused by MS, particularly for people who have problems walking or moving around that puts pressure on their lower back or hips. Problems with thinking, learning and planning Some people with MS have problems with thinking, learning and planning, known as cognitive dysfunction. This can include: problems learning and remembering new things - long-term memory is usually unaffected slowness in processing lots of information or multitasking a shortened attention span getting stuck on words problems with understanding and processing visual information, such as reading a map difficulty with planning and problem solving - people often report that they know what they want to do, but can't grasp how to do it problems with reasoning, such as mathematical laws or solving puzzles can cause blurred or double vision. I hope this helps answer 🙏🏾

@RoseRNCLNC Those match the symptoms I have with Psoriatic arthritis. They refer to mine as flares and treat them with prednisone tapering. I couldn't pass the FSTs .. not even the vision part as I was born with nystagmus which is freaky to see... even in a mirror.
I don't understand how when I got a DUI here in PA my lawyer took a total of a year and 4 payments of $1500.00 for a total of 6K and did not ask 1 question in court. He kept telling me he needed more time and money and we would likely win but when it came down to court, he left before the case started.
Did that cop just dox himself? Oh the stupidity! Daytime lights? What? They stopped her in day light for not having lights but then smelled alcohol? Either I'm not following this well or it's an illegal stop to begin with. You don't have to have lights when the sun is out. Thats the light!!! Duh. It amazes me how many cops need to be checked for dementia. They take the stand and forget everything. MY opinions and thoughts and questions only.
This is in reference to WTH in Florida, At this time Jeremy has a restraining order, not George. If I am correct in my assumption, that doesn't mean that George can't have a firearm for her protection while she is in Florida.
Legit question: After Covid MANY people suffer still from loss of taste and the sence of smell. Could some of the officers in ANY case having the same problem, and are only stating to "Smell Booze" even when they are not capable??" In many (most?) counties in the U.S., if you know someone's name you can search on the "county assessor" website and it will give you a list of properties that they own, including assessed value, property tax, address, and pictures of said property. DUI doesn't always mean alcohol. It could be anything that impairs driving like prescribed medications. I should know as that is what I was charged with. An anti-anxiety medication that was prescribed to me by a Doctor.

As this guy has pointed out, alcohol doesn't really have a smell, so police are trained to state they smelled an alcoholic beverage, not purely alcohol.
Nope. Grand jury isn't really a trial. The defense isn't there. Just the DA and any prosecution witnesses. No one there to refute the DAs narrative. That's why they say you could indict a ham sandwhich.
It is. It's subjective and thats why they are strictly done on a voluntary basis. I can't get over how they can legally ask you to self incriminate. Seems like they should have to Mirandize you first.

It's strange how cops go from having an eidetic memory and remember everything to early onset dementia and can't recall crucial memories
They learn that at the academy.

Yes your right MS is a debilitating condition I know I’ve got MS . She should never do that kind of test. Period .

So that there is legal basis to accuse the person of perjury

Yes. Grand jury's are a way to expose evidence so the prosecution can bring charges against someone.
