So pretty. My hand has started to hurt in my nuckle on my hand that I need to quilt with so I know how it stops you from quilting. But you are doing such a great job on your quilt. Just beautiful. My doesnt look anywhere are nice as yours but you have been doing it alot longer than me. I'm so happy about hip is not hurting anymore.thanks again for all showing your methods it really helps me understand this quilting.
I like the idea of the temperature quilt, like, the weather is designing a quilt for you, haha. I should get back to my quilt, I'm in the middle of quilting it but I was bit busy last month so I put it away for the time being and haven't restarted it yet
I have lots of Lego flowers, I like those as well. Hope your bits come together well. What’s your secret when doing EPP that none of the stitches shoe I can always see just a small piece of the stitching shopping , I am putting permanent stabiliser behind which has one side that sticks, something like hexiform but cheaper for such large things as quilt, the one I am doing is 7x 7 ft. So fairly big , but I must say it’s getting heavy, already so I don’t think it will need a wadding. Your very clever with the things you make , well done.
Huge quiilts are very heavy and by the time they get to the finished size the added weight of wadding is negligible. There are different ways of making sure yoru stitches dont show and I suggest you googler or youtube the question as I know that a lot of mine show but they aren't visible from a distance so I can live with it.
@@juliethornton thanks Julie for you advice, mine are visible either unless you reall get close, so it’s maybe just be bring over critical of myself as usual. I watch Emma Jones vintage sewing box, you may have seen it, she mainly does EPP work I have asked her the same question she says it’s very difficult as you do. But nice to ask the people who’s work always looks so nice. And I really feel your does. So thank you. Have a nice rest of the day, hope you have better weather than usin Uk it’s been not stop rain daily since November, everywhere is flooded- the poor ground can’t take anymore. Sun is a thing of the past I think , we get an odd flash for a day, but it will then rain at night. No more moaning Hehe, look forward to your next update and please surgery went well for you.xx
Thank you very much for the message. Unfortunately my vision impairment is permanent but I just live with it. The dizziness has become less over time so that is a good thing. The condition I have is called Hemianopia.
Oh I love the temperature quilt idea I have done a cross stitch temperature tree from Etsy. Beautiful beaded flowers. Happy crafting Patty

Thank you Denise. I am sorry to hear about your hand as it isn't good to have anything stop you being able to what you like.
So glad your hip is feeling better. That quilt is awesome.
Thank you Robin

That is the good thing about quilting....you can leave it for years and it will still be there when you are ready to do more work on it.
Loving the temperature quilt. Glad to hear your recovery has gone well.
I am also glad about my recovery and I will add nore to the temperature quilt in a future video.

Hi Julie. Would like to know what was the result of your eye testing and was it the cause of your dizziness? Thanks.
