I love this guitar, I have one and i highly recommend it

@@tarnstean i am glad man I had the same problem. Guitars are super expensive in my country so I bought a js32t kelly which was phenomenal. But my Js32 King V had sever tunning stability issues due to the bridge but the tone was great and the playability was if i remember well even better than my pro. If it stayed it tune I was gonna mod it with SD pups and better bridge but i was broke back then so I just resent the guitar back and got a refund.
@@tarnstean i am super glad that you are happy with your guitar dude :) btw don't be sad because you didn t get the pro in my experience a modded js is better bang for buck than pro series. And dare I say better instruments. If you don t mind neck through bolt on thing.
I plan on getting one soon and have the bridge swapped out for a original floyd rose and I'll be putting in a set of bill lawrence pickups.

The pro series Jackson’s are great axes along with Dean and ESP. And yes for some die hard 80s fans, the infamous Kramer.
This will be the first Jackson Guitar that I will buy...Kid you knot!!!
I had the rhodes version and I really miss that guitar . It had the James Hatfield EMGs and it was a solid fuckin beast . But I would love to get a king V

So does this have JB or Distortion pickups? Jackson website has contradictive info about this guitar. In specs part it says TB-6 Distortion but in commercial speech its TB-4 JB.
Mine (made in 2017, 2018 model has a jb)
Some king V s have sh6 but i think this one has jb.
They used to have JBs and changed to Distortion in late 2020. The one on the video has JBs.

@@justinvandenberg3549 the frets are sharp, I think some aren't level too, the hardware overall is quite nice, but the springs that came with it were crap.
It still plays really really nice tho! It's definitely a 7 or 8 out of 10 guitar

You realize the king v was originally named after Ratt guitarist robin crosby which was a way different band from Metallica

James used a King V tho in the 80's a white kv w/ 22 frets and SD SH8 set (invader) which he replaced w/ EMG 81/85 set later.
@@ertus306 truth! I read somewhere he even recorded “thing that should not be” using that guitar, because of the lower tuning. He for sure used it live on MOP tour when they played that song. Saw it first hand in 86’.
