@@SoshiStars I feel like she would love having a boy and going to his sports events and hosting his friends over and stuff. Either way, your right she’d be happy with either gender I don’t think it matters
@No Name no not always. But usually u put boys in sports teams just like people put their daughters in ballet. That’s not always the case but u understood the point.
I am still with Adrienne.. even as someone trying to get pregnant if she was to change how she speaks and tell us that she was preparing, we would start to speculate and think she actually is pregnant and when she doesn’t have a baby she would look bad. So i think what she said still applies today because she’s trying even if it doesn’t work, as she said. I think being overtly positive and ignoring the possibility of a negative result sets u up for bigger disappointment if it doesn’t happen so i prefer to be realistic than optimistic.
@@lopezgarcia1074 that’s not always true. I have hashimotos disease and I got pregnant at 19 lmao. Granted I’m sure age plays a factor as well. I had the same doubts about being able to get pregnant so I didn’t try to prevent. In retrospect, it was very stupid notion but I got pregnant pretty much immediately.
I'm with Tamera, when you're actually trying.. it's almost impossible! But when you act like you're just having fun... that's when you get pregnant 😂😂🤷🏽
Guess what, no matter how well you choose your words and winning attitude sometimes your uterus or ovaries are just not meant to make babies. I'll try saying we are preparing. 🥺 Let's see if that works.
Exactly it's just a word. It doesn't matter what you say. What matters is your attitude and how you carry yourself in the experience you're going through
You having “fun” is trying... I hate when women aren’t on any sort of contraception but then say “I didn’t try to get pregnant” girl... that’s how pregnancy happens 🤦🏼♀️
That's actually not trying though. It's an 'if it happens it happens and if it doesn't it doesn't' kind of situation. 'Trying' is going the extra mile of taking pregnancy vitamins in preparation, making fertility charts and marking out your most fertile time of the month. Just because I dont want to ultimately prevent pregnancy happening doesn't automatically mean that I'm trying to get pregnant
@@Ebunoluwa13 I guess it’s how u view it in your head. I just laugh on the inside when couples say “it was an accident” it’s like girl.... were u not taught how pregnancy occurs
But we also have to think about how common it is for women to have issues getting pregnant right off the bat. Sometimes it takes time and maybe even years or doesn’t happen at all. I think using the word “trying” just means they are hoping for it to happen soon and are taking extra steps to help the process. It doesn’t always mean just stopping the use of contraceptives, because for some it’s either been like that for awhile and/or the woman isn’t getting pregnant from that, so they have to try other things in addition.
These ladies are awesome and in no way am I trying to bash but just giving my thoughts on the solution they’re proposing, cause this is an interesting topic: I understand the words we use make an impact and can reframe how we think of things. At the same time, changing the word “trying” to “preparing” in order to not feel bad about pregnancy not working out yet, is sort of keeping us from addressing the problem they’re talking about: which is feeling bad about not succeeding yet and then also feeling bad about the judgement of friends/fam. How about instead of “getting rid of those words all together,” like Jeannie said, we just accept that life has it’s dissapointments and it’s a natural normal part of the human condition? And we just remember to keep on going and yes, TRYING. Not saying it’s easy. Aint nothing wrong with trying and not succeeding yet. And for the second issue they raised about judgement from others, how about we just do what they said in another episode, which is: you have a friend with multiple miscarriages? Just be there to listen and support them through it.
I've realized they talk about the same topics like they're new then tell stories they already told and react as if they never heard it before 😂😂😂 so much for being "real"
trying make it seems like a task/ work/ and tried takes the fun away adding pressure (i know alot of people she tried and once they said f it that when they got pregnant)
I’m still trying to understand what tamera’s story about her parents means. If a couple is *not* “trying” for a baby doesn’t that mean contraception *is* involved when having sex? While trying to get pregnant is when they’re *not* using contraception? So does that mean her mom got pregnant while actively using a method of contraception?
Maybe she just means they're not tracking cycles and her periods and ovulation or trying to have sex multiple times a day every day. They were just having a good time with no pressure. I don't have kids yet but i watch enough content about children to know that sometimes when there's so much pressure about "it has to happen" mentality that the body is under a lot of stress making it difficult for the conception to happen. Does that make sense?
Jeannie isn't making fun. She loves her mom. She just is really good at imitating her mom's accent. Her mom became famous because of Jeannie's impressions and she herself has no problem with it.
Am preparing to get married and to have kids
I hope Adrienne has a baby, I think she would love to have a baby girl.
I think as long as it’s a healthy boy or girl she’ll eat elated

Awww, this was back in the day when people can cough like Lonnie did 3:11 and no one gives you the side eye.

I'm curious as to how Adrienne feels now?
I hope Adrienne gets her baby soon
this didn't age well. im sure adrienne regrets saying those things. however i really hope she will have a baby soon, she has been trying now for years

Hashimoto's disease is linked to infertility. I doubt she will get pregnant.
