Your Wipe in fall 2nd boss is not because healer isnt healing, you got your facts wrong! :) So if both players with debuff stands in light zone, the player who isnt getting dispelled will take increasing damage when the other is dispelled and often get 1 shot atleast on higher keys. The Trick is to have the last guy getting dispelled to stay in the "dark zone" atleast until the 1st is dispelled, that way this boss does barely any damage. Also if you stand completely still during the dispell you also take less damage as the circle will not hit you. But keep it up have been fun watching it :)

Or in other words, how can I be sure that if I have the debuff, I won't be the first person dispelled? I didn't have the debuff in the case of this video, but in the future runs I've been in I usually stand in the light because idk if I'll be the first or second person dispelled. And I did recently learn that standing still will prevent the dispelled person from taking damage, plus prevent anyone else in the party from being "double ticked", as I had that happen to me recently

I have pugged a 27 on tyrannical as healer, and I always make a priority list before hand and share with grp. Say healer -> aug -> rogue -> mage. The reason the 2nd person want to stay in the dark zone is to not take extra ticking damage. But fall is a super hard key to play perfect in a pug. Good luck in your keys, and I can only suggest that you look for a team as it’s a lot more fun, and you can then learn from your mistakes and correct them the next time :) Also a tip, you don’t have a good party frame setup so it would be hard for you to keep track on who was the debuff, good party frames are mandatory also for dps. Check out some of the streamers for inspiration.
@@shindigg672 I set a prio in my dungeons for dispels. I'll always dispel myself first, then casters, then melee dps. Obviously won't work 100% of the time because there are times where people of equal priority will both get the debuff, but it's better than nothing
@@hoodpope1851 i dispell myself last if it's a Dot or somethign that can be outhealded/mitigated. My reasoning --> i can control what i do with the debuff. a dps might not use a deff cd to mitigate dmg or will take some other random dmg and dies if not dispelled in an instant.
I really enjoyed the Rogue Talk section of this video. As someone who has also mained rogue this patch and has been thinking about moving to outlaw or sub it was interesting to get your perspective. Are you planning to practice more on outlaw? Would be interested to see if your opinion changes. I think I may give subtlety a try this weekend and see how it goes.
Glad to hear it! I am planning to practice more as outlaw. Especially as of the current set of affixes with tyran/sanguine/volcanic. Sin feels super weird rn - crippling poison isn't awesome with sanguine and it's awkward trying to run wound poison. Whereas outlaw and sub can run wound/improved wound poison with little to no reprucussions. Good luck playing sub!
The Sub dmg profile will smooth out in higher keys where pulls take more than 40s to die. The higher you go, the better your profile will get to a point.

awsome series... i just lvl boost a rogue to try it out.... theres 3 classes that i never played before and have zero idea to how to play.. rogue, monk and evoker... soo i choose rogue... lol.... im totally lost.. but it is really fun.... only tried outlaw so far.. idk when i will start M+ with him tho
you was telling that you play mainly sin and sub rogues and taking on outlaw was such a big bite and requires big brain power and it sounded very interesting because i have to invest brainpower in quantities unknown to mankind into sin and sub every time i pick one of them up bc i play outlaw almost excusively, even when it's the worst spec in the entire game. i find the other two specs more finnicky
lmaoo it's funny hearing you're side of it, I mean it makes sense but is funny considering it's the complete opposite to my perspective on playing rogue outlaw plays way different when compared to sin/sub, so I get that somebody having only played outlaw would struggle with the other specs.
lol funny you say that, because I feel similar but about outlaw. although less so about the complexity of it and more so about whether I'm hitting the right buttons at the right times. what I will say is a big part of playing sin well in aoe revolves around your cd window, which is pretty much the same as what you would do in st. So if you can play sin in st, you're already like most of the way there
I feel this! I was also pretty embarrassed pulling up to these +18 keys being ~500 rating higher than the players in here but doing less damage than these same players. But while it's embarrassing, how else can I expect to improve with something if I don't practice it? just gotta put the dps ego aside and get some reps in imo

you can change spec during keys too, for exemple, i saw jpc doing everbloom as sub at the begining and switch outlow after the first boss ^^
