It would help a lot if people did not have background music on their videos because it distracts from the videos horribly and for those who wear hearing aids it makes the instructions difficult to hear. Your kitchen is beautiful and it appears that you are quite wealthy. Your abilities are vast for someone who is so young. I am intrigued.
Thanks, I have always used 1 mason jar for my mayo and put my avocado oil in first to use the measurements on the side. Then add everything, whatever I’m using for acid and what i might be seasoning. Always turns out well!
So glad you like it! Not yet, but all you need to do is blend together a can of whole San marzano tomatoes, a pinch of salt to taste, 1 tbsp olive oil and a clove or 2 of garlic : )
Wonderful, Amazing, Thanks for sharing my dear friend. Such an inspiring contents my friend!! You are creativity with what are you doing, and that's what makes success! Keep going, today you are a step closer than you were yesterday! I feel your channel will get so far! So stay positive, stay healthy, and you got my full support!
I got mine from the Ballerina Farm store and it works really well! For some reason it’s not allowing me to paste the link but you can easily look it up.
Is the recipe for your everyday bread the same for conventional baking? Also do you ever bake this bread with the lid on. If so should I grease the lid? I’ve never used a Pullman but have been wanting to try one. What brand do you use?
Love this video! I already do a few of these but love your pizza dough recipe. I’m just starting in sourdough, do you mind sharing the container you keep your starter in? I didn’t see it in your amazon lists. Thank you!
Love that I found your channel! Definitely going to try making mayo this way - I always slowly added my oil but this seems simpler :) How do you find your mill for fine grinding? I’m trying to pick one out but there does seem to be some differences in the brands where some grind finer than others!
Glad it was helpful! Once I discovered this mayo trick I was like whoa 🤯 For the grain mill, I haven’t done a ton of research because I bought mine many years ago when I was just dabbling. I feel like I would get a wonder mill now, which is not as pretty but seems more practical. Or the mockmill which I heard good things about.
@ thank you! This is good to know, I’ll do a bit more research! Love how your kitchen turned out. It’s so neat to see things we plan in our heads for so long come to fruition! Great work!
Yes there are uses for that! I usually can’t get to it and have so much whey so I just dump it but you could look up uses for whey! I know it’s good for soaking grains and beans and also for making like a lacto fermented mayo.
Just found your channel. This is a well planned video. I don’t mind the music because you have it low but I can understand someone with hearing problems might have trouble. Looking forward to more videos.
In those little containers for up to a week, after that put them in the freezer. I think it’s best to wrap them in plastic wrap and place in a zip lock for freezing
Sorry I forgot to mention that! Around 375 for 45 minutes. It helps to have an instant thermometer to check for doneness, the internal temp should reach 190
Since I started making broth in the InstantPot, I’ll never go back. Never. It’s so easy. I run the bones twice so I get every ounce out of them. LOL. I get a big batch and then pressure can it the next day.
Hi! The smaller containers are BPA free, the large one is not. It’s best to make sure your food is not hot when you add it to the containers and don’t put them in the microwave. Here is a link to the Bpa free ones: amzn.to/4j6usFu
Yes! I will usually buy a two pack of organic whole chickens from Costco and use those for meals and save the bones for broth, I just made some yesterday : )
This is my first time watching this channel and I have to say "amazing recipes"! I've taken notes so I can create them for myself. The only concern I would have is the fact that with the homemade mayo you are consuming raw egg. The only place I can get eggs are from the grocery store and while I do ONLY purchase "pasture raised" eggs, they are still raw eggs. Isn't there a concern eating uncooked eggs?
Thank you so much! I don’t have any scientific facts for you, just the knowledge that this is how mayo has been traditionally made for ages, lots of people do it, and chefs don’t seem to have a problem with it. I’m not worried about it!
I trust you're doing great. I specialize in designing RUclips thumbnails that are both engaging and aligned with your brand identity. My goal is to craft thumbnails that will attract viewers to your channel. I'd be happy to provide you with a sample thumbnail for review. If you're pleased with it, we can proceed with future opportunities. Thank you for your time!

Sorry about that! I’ll try to keep it in mind. Thanks for your comment and for watching!
You have a beautiful kitchen🔥
Thank you! My favorite room in the house!
Hiii just found you!! I'm a fellow mama who loves to cook as well! These are all staples in my kitchen too :) excited to follow along!
Also your kitchen s a dream!!!
Hey!! Welcome!! I’ve been following you a few months and love your cozy channel too! Glad to ‘meet’ you 😂

That’s awesome! I guess it can work either way! Truly the easiest way to make it
Loved this video! I most definitely am making these pizza doughs for my babies. Do you have a video on how you made your pizza sauce by any chance?
So glad you like it! Not yet, but all you need to do is blend together a can of whole San marzano tomatoes, a pinch of salt to taste, 1 tbsp olive oil and a clove or 2 of garlic : )
Hi! Everything looks so yummy! I didn’t see the bread knife in your storefront. Would you mind disclosing where you got it? Thank you!
I got mine from the Ballerina Farm store and it works really well!
Thank you! God bless!
Could you please link your cooling rack? Love the handles!
Here you go! amzn.to/40G7ldE

Wow, this is super, thank you for all the information 🙏 I‘m going to try the pizza dough this very week. Will be back soon!
Glad you liked it! I hope your pizza turns out amazing!
Hi, I'm also a cooking/baking mom! I love the bread knife but I didn't find it on your list. Can you share please.

Hi Julie, can you clarify what you mean by conventional baking? Do you mean without the bread machine or without the sourdough starter?
@@christinesnotebookby conventional I meant : not using bread machine. I don’t have one. I do use sourdough starter
Love this video! I already do a few of these but love your pizza dough recipe. I’m just starting in sourdough, do you mind sharing the container you keep your starter in? I didn’t see it in your amazon lists. Thank you!
Yes of course! I use these weck jars, one for starter and one for discard, I like to save the discard for certain recipes : ) amzn.to/3CkvlJT

@@christinesnotebookconsider the Komo grain mill. I’ve had mine for a couple years now and I love it.
Olá, bom dia. É a primeira vez que estou aqui no seu canal. Muito bom, adorei. Muitas felicidades. Bjs de Portugal
Any uses for the liquid strained from the yogurt ? Is that considered whey ?
Yes there are uses for that! I usually can’t get to it and have so much whey so I just dump it but you could look up uses for whey! I know it’s good for soaking grains and beans and also for making like a lacto fermented mayo.
Thank you! Loved this. 🎉🎉🎉
I'm so glad you liked it! Thank you!
You are an awesome teacher ❤ I really need a bread maker
Thanks so much! I’m glad it was helpful : )

Thank you so much! I’m still learning what volume to place music and voiceovers at, the feedback has been helpful for future videos!
lovely , Amazing tips ,
Thanks so much! 😊
How would you store those pizza dough balls? Can I freeze them?
In those little containers for up to a week, after that put them in the freezer. I think it’s best to wrap them in plastic wrap and place in a zip lock for freezing
How long will the mayo stay fresh?
About a week in the fridge, although I’ll admit we have let it go longer and it’s been fine.
At what temperature did you bake your sourdough loaf?
I want to know too
Sorry I forgot to mention that! Around 375 for 45 minutes. It helps to have an instant thermometer to check for doneness, the internal temp should reach 190

Yes! Girl after my own heart!
By chance are the storage containers BPA free
Thank you for the Recipes

I love all theses recipes! Can I ask if you’ve done bone broth with poultry? I usually buy Bonafide brand but would love to make my own. Thanks!
Yes! I will usually buy a two pack of organic whole chickens from Costco and use those for meals and save the bones for broth, I just made some yesterday : )
@ same veggies and prep time I’m assuming?
Yes all the same! Roast the bones and proceed as I mentioned in the video : )
