I've lived at elevation for deades and in extreme heat for 5-years. I do think extreme heat (30C plus) training is also a thing. I'm sorry I only subscribed because you won gold and will likely beat Sanders in an Ironman. Note: Your English is excellent. :)

This guy isn't enough lightweight yet, when that happens he will be unsotpable! They are training based on their glucose levels, they are already in a different league!
I tried to convince him to come and join for our prep for IM Cozumel, but he wanted to race California instead. Will probably do lots of training together again after my race in Cozumel
